Information was not sent to us before arrival. We had a few problems with one of the doors.Although the issue was resolved we were not provided with information on how to open the door, luckily,we had booked two rooms No information on where to get the WiFi code , and this was only provided to us after a few messages

This was a wonderful place to stay and Giuseppe was so helpful in so many ways Taking me to the municipal building to locate my grandparents information. And connecting us to a wonderful restaurant . It was such a positive one day stay in Vulganera. Molta Grazie, Grazie Grazie Giuseppe.

A good value for money. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful old rustic style building, which gives it a good overall vibe.

The hotel is quite hard to reach (the road is a very steep and narrow incline with sharp turns). You have to make your own breafast yourself - although you can use everythign you can find in the kitchen, I felt the lacking of more quality ingredients (for example, I was unable to find any vegetables or quality meat for my breakfast). Wi-Fi, at least in the yeard of hotel, is of quite poor quality (it was not workign near the pool).

Great to stay in the country There was a wedding inside the property, so very noisy one day

We enjoyed the pool area and the fact that we had a space where we can relax together as family while having some coffee :)

It was Ok the stay. Brekfast you need to do it yourself. A little Hard to find. They live on the first floor. I only stay few hours. In booking i booked room with Washing machine and í had to pay 9 euros more.
