Spacious & a lot of potential. However, the place was tatty and needed care & attention.

This is a lovely large villa, so spacious and comfortable for a large family or a group. The pool is just perfect and the outdoor seating areas are exceptional. The Villa is very well equipped and there wasn’t anything we didn’t have. We would definitely recommend this villa!
Such a shame the supermarket is now closed next door. However I would recommend to anyone to have an Uber account, this was definitely the way to get around.

Marbella is a beautiful city and place to go to. However we were unlucky to choose this property based on some false positive reviews. We had "holidays from hell" with monies stolen by the landlord's representative and our belongings stolen from the property while enjoin the day at at a sea.
The property owner is obviously a con artist. On check-in the landlord sent a representative to give us the keys we were forced to pay 500 Euros cash deposit and extra monies for the representative’s time as he claimed that he had to travel for an hour to give us the keys. We have asked for a deposit receipt and were told that receipts are not available because the property owner lives abroad. On check out we were not given the deposit back and were told that there is no document or receipt to prove that the deposit was paid and is due to be returned.
The property is in a very bad state of disrepair, a few important points to consider if anyone wished to book:
1. Firstly, the owner has stolen our 500 Euros deposit claiming that we don’t have a receipt to prove it was paid. We asked for the receipt on arrival but were not given one.
2. There is some kind of sewage close to the property and every day a horrible smell makes it impossible to breath outside in the garden.
3. The property was never cleaned despite what is claimed on booking.
4. The swimming pool is filthy, our children had a very serious rash all over their bodies after staying in the swimming pool for half an hour. We did not get any help when requested the pool to be cleaned.
5. The rooms have air-condition units hardwired to a one-hour timer. You had to wake up every hour to switch the units on; otherwise it is impossible to bear the heat. Not very sensible way for the owner to save money at the expense of the guests.
6. The windows and garden entrance do not have locks in working order and can be opened from outside. We had valuables stolen form the property while away and as a result we had to buy a chain and a padlock to keep the property locked.
7. The landlord’s representative forced us to leave the property one hour before the check out time claiming that new guests arrive early and are on the way. We did not have time to collect all out belongings.

The property was nice and spacious with lovely outside space and a fantastic pool.
It really did feel like 'home from home' and Tony was just a phone call away to assist with telephone numbers etc.
FYI the villa has the main bedroom which has 2 single beds on a double base with en-suite
2 further twin rooms with en-suites (1 is downstairs) and a small double and a further twin room which share a bathroom.
Then there is a downstairs toilet.
The villa was a fair distance from the Centre and there are no mini buses in Marbella so a group of 9 of us needed 3 taxis each time. Trip to Marbella new town in Euro 20 each way - so euro 60 per night and the Old Town is Euro 12 each way (although split between us this wasn't too bad).
There is no supermarket near by, you need to taxi a taxi which is about 10 euros each way.
The air con only works for an hour at a time, which is very annoying at night as the switch is not next to the beds, so you have a very restless night, keep getting up to put the switch on again.
There is no maid service, although we didn't need to place cleaned, it would have been good if someone could have taken the rubbish away or given the toilets a little clean/replenish toilet paper. if not, just some bleach would have been useful.
