The staff were exceptional and the hotel facilities within the common areas were very good. A good selection of restaurants and parking facilities on site.

I booked a superior double bedroom and felt that it left a lot to be desired. The room is generally dated, the bathroom was uncomfortable with a very small bath and restricted shower space. We also had an extractor close by to our window, which was noisy. It was almost like sleeping close to a train station. This made an otherwise exceptional hotel experience below our expectations.

Range of facilities proximity to beach

Some staff were less attentive and this detracted from the quality of service offered and experience for example when no tea and coffee was left in the room it took 6 hours. To get this addressed

Thanks to Pamela & the Front Desk Team for the warm welcome and the entire Team on site for making our vacation an exceptional unforgettable experience. To the Management: Your staff really provides extraordinary & exceptional service in every single division!! Unfortunately we couldn’t keep all the names but we can assure you, every single person on site just rocks!!! All the warm and friendly faces will always remind us of the so very happy moments we were able to experience in your incredible Resort. The Don Carlos staff really walks the extra mile every second they are on site. We will never forget it!! All the very best for all of you- you made us all so happy!!! THANK YOU!!
