Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic.

There were a few issues with the property. The room was very small, which was all good, but this meant the shower + toilet door didn't close properly. Also, the shower would occasionally go scalding hot, which wasn't great

This was not difficult to find. If you come from the airport you can take bus number 29 outside of door 9 and stop either at the bus interchange or the stop before. It’s a short walk from either stop. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Check in was fast. There is a lift. The room was super small but that’s what I booked, a small room that is adequate for me. The bed was elevated so that they could make way for space below the bed for putting your suitcase. Otherwise there was really not much room if you have multiple suitcases. I may be more senior but still able to climb on the bed. I imagine an older less agile guest may have difficulty. If you are claustrophobic or more than one person, get a bigger room. Though small the room surprised me with more than the expected amenities. There are the usual tv, kettle and tea and coffee. There was also a fridge and iron and ironing board. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had all the usual amenities and toiletries. But I could not switch off this strange pink light. It was probably meant to be a night light for going to the toilet in the night.

Spacious reception and appealing!! The room was small but very accommodating for a single night. l liked the all in one glass amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Re booked the same room for my return to Christchurch in 10days time.

Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet was so good for its price. Room Service as well was splendid. Overall super happy with price paid.
