El hotel está a cinco minutos de la playa, y a 10 de la ciudad en coche aunque también hay autobuses. Las piscinas son de agua mineral y van limpiandolas cada pocos días y estaban muy bien. La habitación era amplia. El personal muy amable. Cerca había zona de bares y para pasear. Un sitio muy tranquilo y familiar.

En el baño olía a tubería muchísimo. El aire acondicionado iba flojillo y por las tardes cuando daba el sol a las ventanas le costaba refrescar. El bufet regular pero por el precio tampoco se puede esperar mucho más. Las camas no eran muy cómodas.pero lo peor era el olor del baño lo demás son cosas que bueno la instalación no es muy nueva pero también el precio es más ajustado por ello. Los hoteles nuevos de esa zona cuestan el doble.

Диванът за третият възрастен не ставаше за разтягане и се наложи да се ползва за спане неразпънат, а по този начин става само за доста дребнички хора, ние не бяхме такива...и беше неудобно.

The attitude of the staff except the woman at the reception. Close to the beach (about 200m) and free parking space around the hotel. In case there is no free parking space around the hotel, there is a payed parking near the hotel for 5 EUR per day. The food was not varied, but it was well prepared. Good value for the money.

The variety of food does not live up to the stars of the hotel. The food especially at breakfast was monotonous and with cheap products. Most of the fruits were inedible. The outdoor pools were not well maintained and not clean enough. In general, the base of the hotel is quite run down and not well maintained. There was no internet access most of the time. When we have to do some work in Internet we have to use our cellphones as hotspots.

Храната беше добра,имаше напитки по време на храненето.Басейнът беше топъл,но не достатъчно чист.

The balcony was good to watch the sunrise and set. Clean floor, towels every day. Pool usage was no issue, since I don't swim. Breakfast was okay the first three days.

At breakfast time it was to crowdy, esp. at the toastmachine, the que was about 10 min. Nobody spoke english or german, so I didn't ask nothing more. So my Vegetarian milk wasn't provide for.

The property’s location to Varna was good and the man made beaches are close by.

The property was old and rundown. The food was of a low standard and the rooms didn’t get cleaned for the entire week; something you would expect of a 4* hotel. The resort hasn’t been updated since I last visited 15yrs ago. We had high expectations but unfortunately it didn’t deliver value for money.

The location, proximity to beach, nature surroundings, also the room view was nice (the only think worth mentioning)

Mold in the bathroom, mold smell in the room Very uncomfortable matress. Food was very low quality, I've been in Bulgaria seaside to many all-inclusive hotel and this was the worst. At 7 each morning we were woken by construction sounds (drilling) from the hotel. Overall the hotel deserves 2 stars, not 4. Very bad value for the money. Elevator is really slow and there's only one, you cannot breathe in it. Looks really good in the pictures, but in real life it's a mess

Hotel was clean. Rooms were very spacious.

NO WI-FI in the room where I was 4th floor. Members of staff were very miserable and rude. Food was almost same every day and not served in the most appealing way. Very little choice of mains. Lightning in communal areas and parking was very poor almost making you feel like you are in a horror movie motel and making you look around. One small lift not sufficient to meet the demand of all. Bathroom light was sooooo poor you can't see anything there. Water from bathroom shower was leaking thru the cracked tiles on to the corridor making stains on the carpet and wall. Balconies wooden railings were so flimsy I was afraid to led my children there. Air dryer was so corroded it was unusable. Big photovoltaic panels were stored on to lift landings for couple of days making it a hazard for the children running around. Hotel looks dated.
