Amazing property. It is a little out of the city, but easily accessible with close metro or a short drive. The fit out is exceptional; and the amenities worth the distance out of town to get this experience.

The receptionist was super friendly. Hotel was clean and well-maintained.

We stayed for 4 nights and on Friday we woke up at 05:00am and could'nt sIeep it sounds like workers who grab furniture. Until about 07:30am the noise was intolerable. When we came down few minutes after 09:30, we missed breakfast and no one was at the reception, so we asked the lady in the breakfast room to tell the lady in the reception to call us. No one contact us that day. All day. When we came back to the hotel at night, we told the lady in the reception about the noise and she said that no one informed her about our complain. She added that she did not recieved any complain about noise from other gustes. I replyed her that the same about our complain no one informed her, probably no one informed her about other gustes complains. But, it does not matter what happened with other gustes. It matteres what happened with us. We asked to speak with the manger and she promised the manger will call us. Unfortunately, again no one contact us the day after as well. Until now no one contact with us. The service as a whole was very very poor. In retrospect, we understood that on the relevant day (Friday), modeling shoots were taken in the hotel in the morning and apparently, there was a team that prepared one of the rooms for the shootings and that was the noise we heard. We also understood, that the models shoots were the reason why before we arrived at the hotel, the hotel called and informed us that we could only stay in the suite we booked until Friday and then we were informed, we had to move to another room. We did not want to move to another room during our stay, so we got a room at first floor with balcony view to street, instead of what we booked - a suit on a ground floor with outdoor balcony in the garden and rural view. In addition the breakfast was simple and poor. There is no selection and the offer served was meager. In conclusion, this is not our first time at the hotel. In tne past, we enjoyed, but not this time mainly because of the bad service

Location was perfect for us. Quiet and surrounded by nature and close to the city centre.

the bathroom when i take shower the water goes and spreads to the whole floor of the bathroom as nothing was there to stop it, so we had to use alot of towels to dry the floor “ourselves “

We loved this hotel!! The interior is amazing and designed with such good taste. The room is perfect, clean and comfortable. Train station is 5 mins away with car (can’t walk) and Milan Duomo is 8 stops with metro. the surroundings of the hotel is cute, the sitting area is lovely. If you have a car, this hotel is definitely recommended by us. thank you.

The look and design was very nice. We had the top floor and that was enormous!!

If anything the prices in their restaurant are a bit high and the breakfast is not elaborate. But still very nice!

Lovely hotel. Big room, comfortable beds, good shower. Interesting decor - industrial chic but done very well. Good AC in rooms - kept us chilly despite it being well over 30 degrees. The staff were fantastic: perfect English, bent over backwards to be helpful, very flexible. Breakfast is a basic but good continental breakfast - croissants, pain au chocolat, yoghurts, ham, cheese, bread, coffee, juice. Everything very good and very fresh, despite negative reviews below! Metro station into Milan is a five minute drive with quite a lot of paid parking next to it. Really good value hotel, very pleased, exceeded expectations.

There isn’t much around the hotel. It’s in a semi rural setting - beautiful but no amenities reachable by foot beyond bus stop.

usually ı do not give feedback, but this time I will do. in general this hotel is not clean. stuff is not sufficient and is not friendly. there are lots of flyes and it is not possible to sleep at night or walk aroud, sitting at the garden. ıt ıs a waste of money.

Close to the nature, peaceful area. Friendly and helpful receptionists.

Hotel itself hasn't fulfilled our expectations. It nice, but not as nice as in the photos. Breakfast was disappointment. Food was rather poor and person serving breakfast rather unhappy with his job. He also didn't speak any English. Safety box wasn't working. Gym was closed.

The room was a little bit worn out.

The style of the stay, as well as the environment is lovely. Very welcoming. Facilities over all good value for money and staff is very friendly. Parking right outside the stay as well. Breakfast (if everything is available) is nice too.

Breakfast is very hit or miss, depending on the quality of the staff member on duty that day. Wifi was not working in our room - connection was never strong enough to send a single message. We wanted to use the gym one morning and unfortunately it was occupied and locked whilst the manager of the hotel was training in there, and no one else was allowed to use the facility during that (~1.5h in the morning).

Excellent hotel!!!!I wanna really go again. Very clean ,great design so quiet and the staff was very good and kind!!!!Close to nature and milan centre too!!!!!
