The staff was very accomodating to help with laundry and keeping our bags after checkout. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We walked from the train station to the hotel and while it is not far, we had to pass through a little sketchy part.

La atención fue muy buena . Las camas son cómodas, la cercanía a la Estación de tren. El desayuno bueno.

Location, secure private parking

Lucia the receptionist. Avoid at all costs. Rude arrogant and downright nasty over a parking place in the garage. A shame because all other staff and receptionists were great. When I told her to be nice she tried to back track and be extra nice but for me the damage was done. When I asked her what her problem was she said she was “too busy”!!

Excellent and staff speaking very good English for international travellers
