Our stay at Ale Apartments in Antalya was a complete disaster. The rooms were uncomfortable and unsanitary, with condensation, damp, and mold everywhere. The air conditioning was not working, and the kettle, microwave, and electric hob were all inoperable. The owner was rude and dismissive, and when we brought up our concerns, he quickly left, leaving us in a freezing room, promising that someone would fix the air conditioning the next day. No one showed up, and we spent an unbearable night in a freezing room. To make matters worse, when we contacted Booking.com for assistance, they were unresponsive and provided no help whatsoever. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they failed to take any action or provide any meaningful support. We strongly advise against staying at Ale Apartments, and we are extremely disappointed with Booking.com's lack of action and customer service. We believe it is irresponsible to list such apartments on their website and hold them responsible for the entire ordeal. We will not be using Booking.com again and encourage others to avoid this service.

Good location

Apartment is pretty worn out. Dirty furniture. Leaking shower hose. In booking was informed that free upgraded to bigger apartment but host was not able to provide.

The apartment was big enough, warm and equipped with everything for comfortable stay. The location is good, there are some restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. It's 10-15 minutes walk from the sea.

Wifi connection was not stable. One day we didn't have hot water. No 24 hour reception. If you need something in the evening, you need to phone for someone to come.

Spacious and comfortable.

Great location, not too touristy but had supermarkets and plenty of restaurants / food outlets very nearby. 10 minute walk to the beach. Not everyone will appreciate the call to prayer several times per day from the Mosque next door, but we felt it made our trip more authentic. Fantastic value for money as a self-contained base for exploring the local area.

There are quite a few apartments, and it can be a little noisy with people coming and going through the stairwell. The balcony was very small, with a view over a side street, but considering the price this is a very small point. If we wanted a huge balcony with a view we would have paid four times the price at a seafront hotel.

Location

It’s awful apartment! During 7 days of my stay there wasn’t hot water in the shower till I complained ! They switched it off after their work to do the economy of electricity and my family had to wash in cold water ! Wifi Connection is terrible ! They have low speed there and it always breaks! I couldn’t work properly. On my complains the owner answered that it’s common problem in Antalya. But my friends from other apartments didn’t face these !

The hotel is situated near to a big mosque and I wake up every morning by the sound of the most beautiful Azan!

The location is reasonable and within good distance from places in the Konyaaltı area although about 10/20 min drive from old town and can get quite busy trying to get there in the evening.

the place needs some upkeep and there was a funny smell in the apartment and the bathrooms was pretty worn down and needs to be over hauled plus very tight bathroom area for showering and going toilet. pillows were also pretty worn down and uncomfortable.

Staff is not co-operative. There was Electric power failure in the apart with non functioning Cooker. But staff are relaxed just saying sorry and reluctant to solve the issue.

No lift

The location was very convenient for us. The rooms were also very spacious which was great for us. Everything was also provided for us so it made things very easy for us.

We were very happy with everything. It was hard to find anything we were not satisfied with according to our expectations.

Apartment is very clean and nice, with various equipment (washing machine, dishwasher...)

Apartment is small for four persons.
