Location was great. Waking distance to old town and marina.

Initially didn’t like that we got put into the front room. Was very noisy being near the entrance and the road. We then got moved to a room which was a lot more quiet.

When checking out, the reception staff mentioned that we had used two water bottles from mini bar. We actually had not, but the way the reception staff spoke was very disappointing when we explained that we did not. and it did not make sense why they insinuated we were lying for $2 worth of water when we booked the hotel for so much more. very disappointing behavior

Good location in the city center, close to bus and tram stations, shops and some historical sights.

It can be a bit noisy at night because of the parties in the clubs nearby.

Lovely hotel, and right by the old town so was perfect for walking in for dinners etc. Good breakfast and the pool looked amazing.

It was a bit noisy at night due to the old town being right next to it. We also stayed in the bottom floor and they had very thin floor boards so could hear the people upstairs

this property is a fraud do not book it. its very dirty, old and the pictures do not describe it in any way. we could not take off our shoes. its not safe at all would not leave my luggage there for 1 min.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating after we complained about being kept awake all night. The location is FAB! The property is pretty to look at and stands out from the street.

The bed is awful - like sleeping on concrete. Walls are paper thin, if you stay in the ground floor rooms all you can hear all night is dripping water from the toilet above. There are various health and safety issues being the outside stairs to the first floor rooms are rotting wood, along with the banister is actually rotting so much that it wobbles - if you were to lean against it you would fall from a great height. The breakfast is very poor - better choice in the cafes next door. Our bedding and towels smelt of smoke and gave me an allergic reaction - red blotchy patches all over my skin, mainly my legs.

Apartment with two floors really uncomfortable, also in this season there is no possibility to enable air conditioning in "cold" mode, if you need fresh air or just ventilation you need to open doors and windows, it makes living a bit uncomfortable, also bed located on "high" level as result all hot air around you and it's hard to sleep some time Water was not too hot, like just minimum necessary, but taking a shower also uncomfortable because there is no door in cabin and all cold air comes inside shower, also shower small and during taking a shower all water drops out of "shower territory" Cleaning not good, just changing towels/shower stuff like gel or shampoo and making bed Also pictures far from reality, rooms looks not so good as in pictures (the condition of the rooms is much worse and in some places doesn't look presentable) as well as territory

Rooms were poor and old outdated bed was extremely uncomfortable ..was given a very small room and when we asked for a bigger room was given a staff room which needed redecoration over all reception was rude and aggressive needless to say we didn't enjoy our stay 😭

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Centrally located and a few mins walk to the old town gates, shops and restaurants. Thank you to both Seda and Zeki who made us feel like we were part of the family. The hotel even turned up at my room with a birthday cake and candle which was really sweet.

Breakfast isn’t really a Turkish thing, or what Europeans are accustomed to, but good coffee and fresh fruits are available.

Location was excellent - just outside the old town and easy access to the tram and main facilities. It was an oasis of calm - the pool area was perfect

The suite of rooms we had (not sure about the rest of the hotel rooms) could do with upgrading. Just some suggestions - less furniture, remove the carpets and replace with wooden flooring, upgrade the bathroom facilities, replace curtains for blinds

the property was a great location close to the old town and lots of shops bars and restaurants nearby . the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs . The room was spacious and clean and looked like the images on booking.com we booked the deluxe room with pool view balcony

for me the breakfast selection wasn't great but food was cheap enough around the area to eat out all the time . This has not changed my opinion of the hotel though and I'd definitely stay here again

this is a really lovely property in a great location. the staff were simply outstanding and very helpful throughout our stay. very clean as well

the bed was really uncomfortable.. to the point that we took it in turns to sleep on the sofa. if you like a firm/ hard bed then this is the place for you… if you do t then think carefully.

Nice location in the heart of the Old Town. They have an outdoor pool, but it was too cold to use. Breakfast was fair. Our room was quiet big.

Smell in the bathroom, when using the water tap. Only a sliding glas door seperates bath room from hotel room. Day before departure was no cleaning without agreement.

This hotel is located good location. All furniture and facilities are antique.

Old and weak furniture is placed. (One chair was broken during my stay.) Amenities' quality are not good.

Not much, breakfast forgettable, room too small, parking was about 2 blocks away.

The photos makes this hotel look FAR better than it is. The décor in the room is a bit tacky. The rooms are very small, this after an upgrade - we had the 2nd largest room, so I don't want to see the smaller rooms. No kettle in the room. Breakfast was very average/forgettable and overall facilities is a bit meh... I will not be back.
