The location is really beautiful and very impressive when you drive up.The hosts were very friendly and took us to the room which was really large and lovely.The decor suits the house and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.Impressive selection of quality tea and coffee and to top it off 2 slices of plum loaf.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and sets you up for the day,eaten in a lovely space too which adds to the relaxing feel.The views from the fields are lovely and you can just sit with a coffee and soak it all up.The Grange is really well placed for all the places of interest and I would recommend Adam and Eve in Wragby for some great food and drink.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The Grange is a beautiful property, very easy to find down a quiet lane. A good amount of parking. Our room was large and overlooked the garden and horse paddock. Everything we could want for a three-night stay. Super comfortable bed! Superb breakfast each morning. Jonathan and Sarah are the perfect hosts.

It was nice and peaceful, hosts Jonathan and Sarah were so nice and friendly, made me and my wife really welcome , Breakfast superb would definitely go back. And I would definitely recommend the Grange to anyone who just want a chilled break. Andy and Gabby Norwich Norfolk

Our whole visit was great fro start to finish, breakfast was a huge choice ,cooked breakfast excellent ,,room excellent, hosts were really welcoming and helpful, great location for market rasen races, and visiting Lincoln city again a good day out. Defo recommend and stay there again!! ,

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Excellent room, very comfortable and spacious bed, lovely bathroom. The courtyard area outside the accommodation made a nice spot to relax in and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Excellent hosts! Delighted with welcome scones and cream and jam on arrival.

The food was incredible, the views were stunning, and the hosts were super friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. We had it early each day and Sarah couldnt have been more helpful, including providing us with bacon butties on the first morning. Lovely quiet surrondings in the countryside. Warm bedroom, nice bath and shower, good tea making facilities with cakes and biscuits. 20 minutes from Cadwell Park.

We would have loved slightly larger duvets on the single beds. A bit of background noise on the second night, which we thought might have been a generator. Nothing too serious and it wouldn't stop us going back another time!

Bed was to hard but Breakfast more than made up for it .Sara and John our host were very friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. good location for Lincoln 25 mins by car

The location was idyllic: peaceful, with views over the garden and countryside. The room was well furnished. spacious and comfortable. Fresh milk was available for the tea-making facilities, plus a slice of Lincolnshire plum loaf. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. It was a delightful stay!

Wonderful location, central to the market towns around the Wolds and a short drive to the coast. Working farm with comfortable and quiet accommodation. Hosts are attentive and discrete. Super, generous breakfast!

The property was lovely and had a great little walk around the back fields to a small lake. Breakfast was lovely.

The fan in the toilet was very noisy so if one of us got up in the night, the other one woke up and something kept clicking in the corner. Not sure what that was?
