Na mňa mäkký matrac, ale to nesadne ideálne nikdy, každopádne spalo sa mi dobre, takže bez problémov.

Vonattal érkeztünk, nagyon közel volt az állomás. A kulcsátvétel kényelmes volt a kulcsszéfből. A környék jól ellátott, minden étterem és üzlet 5 perc sétával elérhető. Csendes helyen van, az állomás sem zavaró, a vonatok csendesek. Tágas az apartman, kényelmes az étkezés és az alvás is. A fürdőszoba korszerű, a fűtés kellemesen meleg volt. A kávégép a finom kávéval nagyon jól jött, amikor fáradtan megérkeztünk, új lendületet kaptunk. Az étkezéshez volt minden a konyhában. A takarók nagyon kellemesek voltak. Minden ragyogóan tiszta volt!
Egy párna van személyenként - én mindig viszem a sajátom, így rendben volt. A cipőkanál jól jött volna a sok bakancs fel-le vételhez.

Good location, clean, spacious, they let me stay longer for a few hours which was a great help.
Getting the keys was a bit tricky at first but finally we sort it out.

Good location with parking, close to hiking trails and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Also they provided a crib and a high chair which was helpful when travelling with a small child.

Very nice apartments, very spacious room, nice bathroom! Very large windows! There were people living in the apartments next door, but you couldn't hear them, good soundproofing. Very good location.
In order to get to the apartments, you are given 4 keys, of which only one is marked, you have to draw lots at each door which key will be the right one. The refrigerator is located by the very exit door, which is, accordingly, at the far end of the kitchen in the apartments.

Nice, comfortable and spacios apartment, right in the center of Smokovec. Clean, and properly equipped.
The staff is wonderful. We arrived late, but they were waiting for us. The communication was also very good.
Strongly recommended place to stay.

large living room with sofa bed just accurate for sleeping two children under 13 years, a lot of space in the bathroom with toilet, the bedroom is spacious with a very good wardrobe

Great location, well-equipped kitchen, sapcious and clean room, friendly staff, great view to the mountains. Our room had a unique duplex arrangement that we really liked. That was our best apartment in Stary Smokovec so far ( we are frequent guests in the Tatra mountains)
It is a bit tricky to find the parking place, and the corridor inside should be cleaned a bit more often.

beds: (rather small double bad upstairs and sofa downstairs rather uncomfortable for sleeping), sheets, pillows (very small pillows, rather uncomfortable)
there was an extra charge for a dog, 15 eur per night, it seems to me rather expensive. there is no logic in charging this extra fee (for extra adult peson is fee only 5 eurs/night, why for a dog 15?)
