The room size was very nice and the beds super comfy. The guest bed too was super good. Walkable from the train station.
The staff very friendly and the hotel had very nice security.
If you could always keep the dental kits and shaving kits before the guest is allotted the room

La posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il treno per Amsterdam.
Poca attenzione al dettaglio (cialde caffè solo decaffeinato, mancato rifornimento dei bicchieri nel distributore del ghiaccio) e prezzi troppo alti per parcheggio e colazione

Proximity to train station, offices around and also distance from the airport. Very good “airport style” hotel, perfect for short business trips.
Not possible to open windows even for a small gap. Pricy beer in the restaurant. Breakfast is a bit boring but ok for 1-2 days.

Next to the station, with night bus to the airport and trains to the airport during the day. Big room, comfortable, lots of options in the bar. Easy check-out
Some things were not clean in the room (the cups for the coffee and the coffee station in general, the sink)

General hotel furniture
Staff took 50 euro deposit after 1.5 month I haven’t seen refund. It was written anywhere, the different staff next day, also confirmed the refund on the credit which never happened. No reply to complains here through booking after 1 month. Same staff was checking the every page of passport for no reason, maybe looking to see where we have been? Possible scam? Very bad attitude from staff in general

Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd, mooi uitzicht over Amsterdam Schiphol.
De kamer was niet schoon; er zaten dikke donkere haren op de douchekop, koffievlekken op de muur en vieze knoppen overal. Verder ontbrak de flesopener terwijl er wel flesjes drinken in de minibar staan. Ook hadden we een 3-persoonskamer met een bedbank, maar bij aankomst was de bedank niet opgemaakt. Na melding kwam iemand het beddengoed brengen waarna we zelf het bed moesten opmaken. En dat bij elkaar voor een bedrag van €229 vonden wij echt niet ok.

Great location for a long stopover! Pretty close to a train station, 5 mins far from train station, 30 minutes to get into the city centre and super close to the airport. Facilities clean, very stylish and pleasant. The guy in check in was pretty nice.
I was told by the lady at check out that I will receive the invoice through my email. I took me 2 and half weeks constantly chasing the hotel to get my invoice, waste of time.

The food was nice. The service was poor, we waited for food / to pay bills for a long time.
The room was clean but there was no water in the room. The doors to the bathroom were very noisy when opening in the night. The bed was uncomfortable
When we arrived to check in I was told that there was no booking for us. In fact the hotel had booked me in under my surname rather than my first name. Check in was therefore a little stressful and took awhile.
We bought a bottle of wine at the airport which needed a bottle opener. We visited the hotel bar to ask for a bottle opener, we were told the bar was closed and nobody could assist. We therefore had to open the bottle of wine with inappropriate alternatives. It took half an hour to open the bottle and the bottle inevitably became corked.
We also asked for some tap water for the room at the bar, we were told the bar was closed, nobody could help and we would need to buy bottled water if we wanted water.
At 8am in the morning someone was carrying out maintenance in the floor above us. Astonishingly they caused something to drop through the ceiling into our room.

It was clean, the breakfast was good, it was convenient.
This is a lovely, well maintained hotel. Unfortunately, one front desk attendant, by the name of Sam, behaved in a rude and childish manner which unnecessarily upset myself and my daughter. Thankfully a quick thinking manager named Maud stepped in to deescalate the heated situation. Regardless I would implore hotel management to reconsider Sam’s position as he is not mature enough to be dealing with guests face to face. I stay in hotels over 90 days a year and I will now avoid the Novo brand for all travel because of how Sam treated me. As a woman and as a mature adult it was disturbing.

house keeping, they cleaned the towels away and did not replace it. when asked to replace replace they literally replaced the 2 towels with floor mat or hand towels

The hotel looks new, clean and modern. Beds are comfortable, space is fair.
The elevators are small and they took a long time to come. When they finally arrived, you hope that it is not too full so that you may be able to fit inside, especially when you have your luggage with you. Check-in also took longer than usual.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel, close to train Hoofddorp station for Amsterdam central trains. Polite and friendly staff, good amenities in hotel and room. I recommend it.

Very good a lot of food selection
When we came in it’s an almost full so we’re sitted at the back and notice that chairs are mostly worn out and not pleasing to the eye.
