Good location for town and travel links

Lift was out of order but the service lift was at the disposal of guests provided they went through reception

Great choice of food for every meal - all good Room very comfortable and quiet.

Couldn't get shower working properly !

so good value for money food was fantastic entertainment was fab what more do you want was my 2nd time staying here can't wait for the third in the autumn

Better choice of drinks now, cider, bitter and larger. Could do with a nice ale.. Food great. Fish and chips wasnt as crunchy as last time..

1st comedian bit boring. Second comedian, seen too many times now, good, but need a change... Someone spewed up one night in the function room, someone put a cone or something by it and left it there most of the night with sick on the floor.. Too much going on in Blackpool now to be stuck in 1 hotel watching same old stuff and acts. Someone needs to take over the entertainment side of things I think and bring something new in.. I'm staying in a B and B next time and going round blackpool for the entertainment and food. It's good value here but I personally have done the claremont now..

Good location

Room smelled of cooked food Think we were over the kitchen Complained but nothing done

The breakfast was outstanding in quality and plentiful excellent choice to accommodate all tastes

The first come first served basis with the car parking although the rear car park isn't far for most people it is when you suffer with shortness of breath like myself and my partner

The breakfast was brilliant as was the location which is a 15min walk into town and facilities

Room 328 is looking over a roof of the kitchens with all the pipework etc fixed to the walls, also round about 6.00a.m the kitchen extractors are turned on which woke us up every morning

We had a great weekend stay, all the staff were very friendly and helpful as my sister-in-law injured her knee whilst we were out of the hotel around Blackpool, when we returned to the hotel the reception staff were very helpful and located a wheelchair for her to use to help with getting around, very friendly bar staff - dining staff - and cleaning staff, a credit to the kitchen staff the food was fantastic and we really enjoyed it, overall it was our first time staying at the Claremont and it was a great weekend break for us and we will return to stay again, thanks to all the staff

Food was nice, room clean, staff pleasant.

Parking was a problem, had to part near to hotel, I have walking issues, no disabled toilets on ground floor near bar entertainment, one lift always busy.

only 1 toilet for the whole hotel .Only 1 lift as well

Rooms a bit cold and small, pool not open, not a great choice of food and the waitress seemed to be stressed with too many people to look after, bar area in the restaurant not open so always big queues at the main bar, very busy in the entertainment room so struggled to get a seat on an evening.

We have been here a couple of times now and keepnre booking. The hotel is lovely we always get the sea view rooms. The food is beautiful and there's so much choice everything is really fresh and tasty

I would prefer some different spirits on the all inclusive as I'm a flavoured gin/vodka drinker but that is personal preference

Excellent hotel and location, nice and clean and the food was fantastic. The All inclusive aspect was brilliant value for money and plenty of choices too. Even if you didn’t want what was provided on the All inclusive, you could pay a very small fee for something else. The entertainment was indeed very very good, loved the singers and the comedians were hilarious. Superb hotel, that we will be booking again very soon.

Didn’t like the 10:30 check out. 11:30 would have been better.
