AC in the bedroom

**DO NOT STAY HERE**No AC at all in living room. Unbearable to stay in there as too hot so can’t use the apartment as intended. Was told they double booked our room when we arrived had to wait 45 minutes for our room - 8 hours after room should have been ready. No specific hotel staff as they also work at the cafe so continuously waiting to speak to someone and even then resolutions aren’t given. Owner is extremely rude. cockroach in the bedroom. hot water never worked. no refund for our stay was given. we checked out early. Go to Diani Cottages instead much nicer, better facilities and cheaper and staff are lovely.

Really spacious apartment in great location, with easy beach access, and more importantly, very good ventilation.

The location of the apartments is in the same building as Kokkos the restaurant and the shopping center, which is ideal. This is a proper 1 bedroom apartment that is properly furnished with almost everything one would require. They have hot water, air conditioning in the bedroom, and fans in the rest of the rooms

My toilet was pretty dirty upon checking in No toiletries are provided The wifi was not working

very comfortable mattress and everyone from housekeeper to manager was friendly. room was mostly clean.

it wasn’t clear you need to checkin at the restaurant; I almost gave up on the booking and went elsewhere after the gate guard told me definitively that Galaway apartments was not there. I also found it very surprising that there was effectively no security at night. one dude sleeping in a plastic chair by the front parking lot but no one controlling access at the gate that leads to guest parking and room entrances.

We loved the location of the apartments. The staff were super friendly. The space was huuugee .We totally loved it and hope to come back soon.

Location, cleanliness, Food

Location is great. Host was gracious enough to allow a really early check in and late checkout. That flexibility was really appreciated, and the restaurant downstairs was nice. I'm definitely coming back!
