The BF menu looks like stereo type. Varieties to be included.

In south indian there are many varieties available.

Room, Pool, Facilities were Excellent! The view from the room was great!

the rooms were not cleaned well, had to call housekeeping to come in to clean the room.

The hotel was really comfortable. The staff was very nice. The restaurant Koji was really good and the staff of that restaurant especially Kedar was super helpful and courteous.

Had a used Loofah when I checked in. It could be a one off case so that’s fine.

Staff and in particular the managers were excellent at resolving issues quickly, once identified.

I was initially placed in an adjoining room close to the elevators. It was very noisy and after travelling, then having to work late in the day, I was disappointed by the continued noise. One evening there were drunk people in the adjoining room and corridors until I called security at 3am to get them to be quiet!!! I spoke to the manager the next day who assured me the drunk people were checking out and it wouldnt happen again. That very same day, the noise happened again so I was very frustrated. I called the manager and was immediately transferred to a higher floor, NON ajoining room and well away from the elevators. From then on the stay was pleasant. I feel the management team should be far more aware of a solo business travellers needs, especially one that is staying for a week and ensure that guest is not put in a room that is adjoining and next to all the noise. That should be left to the party people, not an international businessman on business locally.
