Worst experience ever, This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were dirty. The switches were broken, appliances were not working, taps and bathroom fittings were rusty or broken, there was lizard in the bathroom, cockroaches were spotted,AC was not working, The electricity went twice. The 2nd time electricity went out, we had to leave the hotel at 12 midnight. Customer service was poor. The receptionist was damn right rude. Other guests were also complaining about mosquitoes.

Location and property

Reception staff and the manager behaviour is the reason which takes this place from 5/5 stars to 2/5 stars. Reception is the worst by far i have ever seen, they should keep self check in kiosks like airport instead no rude staff is needed. Sante is good restaurant except the Bar tender will lie to ur face if u ask for room service, u ll keep waiting and he ll close the bar and leave.

The attitude of the reception staff "MR MICHAEL" is absolutely horrible and obnoxious with no smile and greetings at all for the customer! He's body language at work is as if he's doing a huge favor on the customer!! Really disappointing and annoying!

The breakfast was good. Staff was smiling and polite and service at the restaurant was efficient. The property itself is really well located, and the setting is quite beautiful

Everything else!! Poor attitude, badly kept rooms poor quality of linen. It’s a beautiful property that has sadly been allowed to go to seed. It’s a real pity.
