However their Hospitality team took great care of me. Their chef prepared for me especially Hilsa fish for me. I felt completely at home. Their waiter Mr. Pal was very co operative and guided me as to which restaurant to use in the hotel. Their Italian restaurant has a Live Coal fired oven and pizzas were fabulous. Their Restaurant Manager Mr. Kishore Barua looked after me personally. He should be given abroad assignments as his work is of brand ambassador. He looked after me all days though there used to be 200 people dining in the restaurant.

In the breakfast i would love to see IDLI and Uthapam items.

Breakfast was disappointing. The same menu being repeated every SINGLE day. The Indian fare was not tasteless.

As a 5 star hotel, they need to be innovative. Even Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in does a much better job.

the spa, pool and restaurant facilities

the room was really dirty , sockets were falling off, the were stains on the wall and dust everywhere. we complained to the manager but didn’t receive any compensation. appalling for Le meridien hotel.

only location , not giving enough service which one should have in a 5 star hotel as I have experience at USA, European, Australia and Japan. Some self prouder stuff running the hotel.

rather than location, there is lots of hidden charges and too expensive dinner with out explanations

The way they welcoming there guest, didn’t felt like it is a five star hotel, felt like they only just there for money , no manners at all , they need more experienced people to work there . and after we get in the room , we were checked in two people but in toilets there was only one towels, and before I went to the bed there was lipstick on pillows from the previous guest , that means they didn’t change the covers , felt disgusting. after I complained about it they offered us to drink tea. seriously.. sorry to say wasn’t worth it to stay there .

I was over charged for my stay. They committed to refunding the amount. I wrote an email to remind them and the response was slightly condescending. I’d advise anyone to Double check their bill before making payments at this establishment

The place is close from the airport. So quick ride to the hotel instead of lugging through traffic. The hotel staff were nothing short of amazing. The restaurant had people who would know what you would need before even asking for jt!
