It absolutely didn't feel like a four star hotel. The room hasn't been renovated in a long time. There is no soundproofing. There was a door connecting my room to a room of total strangers next to me, and I could hear their conversation very clearly. The breakfast was served in the room, and the menu says that you will have a choice, but when I called the kitchen to order my breakfast they didn't even ask what I want. They brought a random breakfast consisting of corn flakes, juice and two stale donuts, while the menu said "fresh bread selection with butter, honey and jam". I had to call again and ask for coffee and change the corn flakes for something healthier. There was too many mosquitoes, I had to call room service and ask them to do something about it. They should have cleared the room of mosquitoes before my check-in. The restaurant looked like it was a meeting room for old men

This was my second time here with my wife. We loved the calm and homey hotel. All the service were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and all stuff were super helpful. We wanted to up the AC and as you know in Bangladesh all ac does not have heating unit. So they were so kind to fix a heater for us.will recommend it with all my heart
