very friendly (manned) reception

It was clean

Receptionist rudely questioned my guest. after me confirming just myself was staying and that we were just dropping my bags off! . A member of staff unlocked the door and burst in to the bedroom at 9am in the morning, I dont know if this was a mistake or they were checking that my guest had not in fact stayed.... when I wrote to the hotel about these problems they swiftly cancelled my booking, probably in the hopes I couldnt then leave feedback!

Firstly, the use of a washer and dryer for just 1 euro and FREE use of beach towels and umbrellas was a plus I never knew I needed. The apartment was spacious and filled with light! The breakfast spread was perfect with Choice of eggs, bacon, yoghurt, meats, cheese and fruit - everything you could need.

The location is in the Soho district, a very nice neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from the old center. Everything was as expected, clean, quiet, tasty but undiversified breakfast.

Uncomfortable bed for me

Location was the best item, basic accommodation. Breakfast was very poor, stale breads and lack of choice, often no replacements of breakfast items.

room only cleaned every 3 days, towels only replaced at that time also. Breakfast was very poor- not worth paying the extra to include in your stay.

Apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious, with everything that we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even with the late checkin. The location was very central, close to all the historic sites with plenty of restaurants close by.

Later check out would have suited us better as our flight was much later in the day.

Price ia a bit above the quality and the offer No complementary bottle of water The fact that we didn't know till the end are we going to get king size bed or two separate beds.

The property was in a central location and near the train station which was good.

However we found NONO by Charming to be a very basic property. The corridors were very dark and on the day of arrival there was a smell on the 2nd floor corridor. There was a small kitchen but no tea towel to even dry dishes. There was a sofa bed and a TV on a wall that could not be viewed from the sofa without sitting sideways. The view from the windows was dismal with buildings (very close) opposite being the only thing we could see. Hard to even see if the day was sunny or not. The studio had no door between the bedroom and kitchen/living, which meant that we were unable to use the sofa bed as in effect it was in the same room. The reception staff were very nice.

Great location 6 mins from train station Malaga centro. Easy Walking distance to downtown Malaga centre port and beach. Would say contemporary apartment modern and lots of space and self catering facilities. The apartment location very quiet.

A bit dark but think that’s just cause of colour. We did overlook a graffiti wall because we were down low but didn’t really spoil anything as we weren’t in flat much.

The location is excellent, the apartment was clean and spacious and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

Great location with secure underground parking garage

Room wasnt ready on arrival, we were given the room key and went into an untidy room, went back down to tell receptionist and had to wait an hour or so for room to be made up.
