The staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. The location is in a nice area, close to a metro line and park.

The staff was very helpful in English. The facilities are great. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. They upgraded my room as well. The breakfast options are very diverse and plentiful.

First of all thanks to the cleaning staff of the room, they give a clean space. I ordered a meal in the middle, and the delivery staff expressed their satisfaction with the service.

I completed the booking and payment through Booking. Still, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the front desk that I would have to wait for a long time, and when I asked the doorman to give me a luggage cart to load my luggage, they were very indifferent and asked I pushed the luggage by myself. When I waited for nearly half an hour and there was still no response from the room, I went to them to discuss it, but they said they were speechless and arranged a space for me randomly. The room I booked before was queen size bed, but they placed a full-size bed for me. In a five-star hotel, the Wi-Fi cannot be connected at all, and the hotel did not inform me that the Wi-Fi in the lobby is separate from that in the room, and when I want to write, I can't find any paper or pen.

We stayed at the apartment with our little son. Everything was great...specially cleaning and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing

I’m not sure how the price would change under normal conditions (borders aren’t open due to covid), but now I feel the hotel is priced right. The pool , sauna, jacuzzi is wonderful. Also the gym equipment is really awesome although could use a bit more. I like that room service gives decent portions. Staff all very nice.

There’s a problem with their link with booking. They couldn’t find my booking and I had to wait a while at reception. Then when I extended one night, they suggested I cancel it and just book at reception cause the system seems to be broken. Other than having to wait so long for a coffee in the lobby that I regretted ordering, everything else was fantastic. But they need to sort out their booking issues.
