The home is beautiful and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and they were very accommodating although I was not even there for 12 hours. It was less than 10 minutes to the airport.

They should have clarified that they only took payment in cash. They only told me this about an hour before my arrival. As this was my last night in Guatemala, I had deliberately spent down my quetzales, so I had to make a separate trip to an ATM and pay the fee for a cash withdrawal.

Nice little house with a lot of privacy, and a cute garden. We were able to check in pretty late. Host was helpful and kind. Very cute dog as well :)

It seemed weird to come and go from the house. It was also a bit confusing because it's a gated community. But it felt safe and was close to the airport.

Casi Casa is very close to the airport in a gated community that feels very safe. I got in late at night, so had to take an Uber but it was only less than 3€. The host stayed up for me. In the morning, he made me breakfast for a small fee and gave me some great tips for the rest of my travels. Made the whole experience very personal.

We hadden een gratis upgrade gekregen waardoor we echt een hele ruime kamer hadden. Ook een fijne grote badkamer en alles was schoon. Op 5 minuutjes van het vliegveld en een goede nachtrust gehad.

Het gebied waar het huis was is beveiligd, super fijn maar het was erg lastig om aan de portier uit te leggen dat we daar een slaapplek hadden.

I couldn't take a shower neither the day I reserved and came to the room nor the day I left due to lack of water in the property. It was hard to even wash my face.

The outdoor space was pretty but I really didn’t feel comfortable or welcome outside. The host did offer me filtered water and snacks. I asked if I could go out to walk and grab water and snacks and he said no. Probably didn’t think it was safe at that time. There was a small AC.

I was really disappointed overall. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was not a 9.0 place the way others said. The host seemed really annoyed that I was there. I didn’t feel welcome at all. From the moment I entered I sincerely felt that I was somehow putting the host out even thought I arrived around 8pm, a reasonable hour. I even arranged my own transport to pick me up in the morning the next day. The host didn’t confirm my shuttle from the airport so I reached out again. When I got there he coldly greeted me and walked me quickly to the back house, turned on the light and then asked me to pay abruptly. The room was not as pictured at all. I did not get the room I booked. The pictures were very misleading. The sheets were stained and the area was not super clean. I was genuinely concerned I might get bed bugs and left my stuff near the door. The bathroom was clean, but there was barely enough space to pee without your nose touching the wall. I booked this place for two nights and decided to cancel the second night and find another place.

The owner was super helpful, the room was big, clean and had a character. The location was perfect for an airport stay. No restaurants near by, but can order takeaway. We ordered Chinese food, massive portions, great food. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The property was well located for the airport and then host was accommodating when we arrived late by helping sort food in an area quite far away from Shops or street markets.

The wifi connection was not the best.

The host was very helpful and was able to arrange a taxi from the airport, he also drove us to Antigua. The room was very big and comfortable. The house is very safe and is located on a private road with security guards

The owner seem very short about everything. The pictures on the website where amazing but we didn't have access to anything that was promised online he said no absolutely no on the air-conditioning it was a 2 room rental with 7 people and only got enough soap for 4 we couldn't use the kitchen the internet was so bad it wouldn't even load on our phones I mean I could keep going but it won't make a difference I had so many options to book somewhere else but thus promised something good online I figure why keep looking my point is call the properties and fine out first because everything around there is none refundable.

Although we read so many good reviews, the owner was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all from the moment we arrived for reasons that we still do not understand. He showed us the room and directly wanted to leave, didn’t introduce himself, we had to ask for every little detail (how to get to the airport, how we can exit the house, where fresh water for drinking is etc.) Also, we wanted to cook some simple pasta and asked where the kitchen is and got the answer “kitchen is not included” although the booking information + pictures definitely include the use of a kitchen. After asking again and explaining we just want to cook noodles he said we can use the kitchen. A very friendly Colombian family was staying there as well and used the whole kitchen and living room extensively to cook for the whole family so we felt super fooled and didn’t understand why we first were refused to use the kitchen. It’s simply not nice if you arrive in a private house in a gated community and you feel super super unwelcome for reasons you don’t know.
