The land lord was very friendly, and the location was good.

Ok there is a lot s best with me, first things… after I reserved the booking I got received a message saying thank you for your booking, and that my card will automatically will be charged an EXTRA 200euro for reserving the booking (which was not mentioned on booking.cm) And also upon our arrival we will be charged an extra 300 euro just I case we damage the property…… so that’s 500 euro extra on top of our bill that we were not told about…. second strike… Secondly.. when we arrived to the property, we were a party of 8, so three families, we were only giving one key between us and told that we will receive more keys during our stay… (never happened)) Thirdly.. the apartment was rated 9.1 rating at 2016 and now on 2023 it is in very bad condition that need to be updated fast. Fourthly… they used the Covid excuse to have nothing in the apartment. No towels no toilet paper no soup to wash your hands not for dishes, we had to go out quickly to grab the import and stuff that needed like soup,sugar, water,’toilet paper etc the apartment had nothing not ever dishes or cooking stuff like pots, it had NOTHING… And finally the cleanliness of the apartment, we’re do I start, I have taken pictures of the filthiness of the so called master bathroom and have taken pictures so you can judge for yourself if that toilet have or have not living fungus growing all over the place. The beds and beds sheets are firstly and contaminated by bed bugs. Me and two other people got really bad bed bugs and one of the kids got bed bugs that had been aggravated by the heat and because quite dangerous and pretty bad to the point were he found not leave the apartment. And we suffered with this bed bugs for three weeks after, only becoming better after not sleeping in these dirty sheets. Overall— will never return to this place and will procedure to shave booking.Com to fix this place. NOT A HAPPY COSTUMERS.

I like the way they coordinate check in a head of time, especially Dr. Hassan who was super friendly and supportive and ready to help with any thing needed. The apartment is well furnished and super clean. Highly recommended for families who want to do some shopping and experience good restaurants. The area is safe and quit most of the time.

1- no wifi 2- un professional staff 3- dirty sheets filled with dust mites, my kids and us were severely itching and bitten we couldn’t sleep on such a poor fabric sheets and comforters that snatch every part of our skin. 4- no toilet paper 5-dirty couches, dirty pillowcases 6- no respect of customers time, told us to come at 11 am to take the keys and go in and then after we planned the flight and came he told us no going in before 3 pm, we stayed with the kids in the street waiting and my little daughter got sick with vomiting. 7- most horrible stay in our life.
