Location Air conditioning was working well

The cleanliness was unacceptable. I could even say the hygiene was dangerous. In the fridge, there was a stench of rotten meat. The kitchen floor was dirty. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the kitchen countertops were dirty. We even found three cockroaches in the kitchen, which is no surprise as the garbage bin had no lid and was exposed. When I messaged the owner about these, she never replied, even though we did have contact before our arriving. The swimming pool was closed and we had no access to it. And the outside of the house as shown in the pictures, is not the outside of the house in reality but of another nearby house.

The location is perfect!! You can find anything you want close by, while at the same time enjoying the peace and quiet you need for relaxation and rest!

Everything in the villa is old and run down. The place could do with a refresh. When you stand in the shower it feels like the bottom will fall through. There was no hot water for the first night and morning. Electricity cost extra, which seems excessive, given that I think we paid a fair price for the villa (could understand it if the price was very cheap).

The flat was comfortable.

There was no hair dryer and the water pressure at the bath was poor.

The location was amazing! It was an easy walk across the street to the beach or many restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and refreshing. There was plenty of space and room for us to relax. There was a nice functional layout to the home with a great patio outside and convenient on site parking.

I did have some issues with the wifi. I was conducting some business meetings and was continually freezing or becoming disconnected from the internet. In trying to troubleshoot it the problem may have been a loose connection or cable. The AC was acting up in one room but this did not affect us and the host was kind enough to point it out ahead of time.
