The location was great. Easy access.

Our room was on the first floor and the rooms smelled heavily. Not sure what it was. The bathroom smelled a bit moldy as well.

i like a shower and i must of missed that there wasnt 1. It didnt spoil anything though

Location was perfect, quiet area in the lesser town, right by the castle. Daily rolls were delicious. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable.

Problems accessing room on arrival. Took 2 hours, receptionist went above and beyond to sort it out though. No toiletries on arrival, and a blocked bidet. No glasses for juice, no black teabags, tiny mugs, had to plug kettle in on the floor, plug in bath didn't work.

The location was great. The room was big and clean.

At wance there is no fizical reception in the hotel. You can not leave your language in the property. All communication is over the phone. With not very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast if you have will be leave in your room. Small bagel, jogurt, fruit, and tea/coffee. We didn't mind but I would like to know in advance. Our room has no privacy at all. One of the blinds was missing. No curtains. So everyone can see in. The bathroom was big and very clean but so unpractical. The shower is tugged with a bath with is no issue, but there is no blind. So all water from the shower goes everywhere. One of the since was block. We get different communication from booking then over the call. I feel like there was the same miscommunication.

The location is brilliant, only a few mins walking from the Prague Castle and in a stunning area. Room and bathroom were spacious, warm and clean.

We had to call upon our arrival at night and enquire about an access to the property. Breakfast included old rolls with partially dried cheese in a fridge and there was no milk available for the coffee in the room. No shops in the area to buy any food instead or milk either.

the location is ideal for me… away from all the crowds.

It seems to me that the property was originally a house that has been converted into separate rooms to let. breakfast needs a great deal of improvement. on my previous stay I did not receive any instructions on how to access the property. only after I arrived I had to call the number given in the booking. the staff on the phone were nice and helpful. however I will claim the phone costs back from booking.com as I hold them responsible to ensure that their clients comply with basic services.

The location was just the best, and the cleanliness was great. the breakfast was fine. these two factors are the reason I would go there again next time, but I hope the internet wouldn't be a problem.

We didn't have wifi the whole time of our stay which was so annoying as they said the modem is broken. also, Entering the room was a bit difficult I needed to call which was a bit stressful but finally, they nicely guide us and gave us the lock number.

The check-in was confirmed before we arrive and upon arrival we had issues with the entrance, we had to call and sent payment verification. Not a cool way to start. We didn't even received an apology from them 🤦🏽‍♂️ besides that, the breakfast was a joke! They did not ask if we had food restrictions or if we do no like something. The breakfast was a sandwich with cheese, and a orange. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I liked the comfy bed, nice long bath, big bathroom, big terrace. It was very clean and nicely decorated.

No coffee capsules in the room. I received 4 capsules with milk. Breakfast is included but not very nice; sandwiches in the fridge, not very fresh in the morning; oranges, one going off already so many fruit flies. I think it's better not to provide breakfast at all as it gives different expectations to the guest. No cooking facilities.

NOTHING!!! Only the location is close to the city, I only paid for the location.

The host is very unwelcoming. I called to help us check in and when I told him that I didn't receive any message, he hung up on me. With many calls and messages and after I told him that I would call the police because we had been waiting for 2 hours for him to check us in, he gave us the room code. The room is full of mold, the smell of cigarettes, dampness, spiders, a lot of dust, a lot of moisture and there is no light in the room outside. The toilet didn't work, the water stopped flowing... I left after 2 days and the water still didn't drain. The water in the bathtub did not drain, the towels were not changed during the entire stay. Breakfast is a joke, we received 2 sandwiches, 2 yogurts, 2 oranges and juice in the fridge every day, if we didn't eat them he would take them back. The parking lot is located approx. 2 km away, where it is not videotaped and supervised. I do not recommend this accommodation!

Location was far from the city center but it is very close to Prague Castle, which was nice.

Sink was clogged and wi-fi was not working. When I told them about these problems, they said they can fix it tomorrow but we rented the room just for one day so my problem was not solved. Also, it says breakfast is included but do not think it is a regular breakfast. It was extremely basic. Just a small sandwich and fruit yogurt which was left on the fridge for you to indulge yourself... If you are going to choose this place just because it also includes breakfast over other options, don't! Water closet was not also that clean. Seating area was all wet when we first enter the room. Also there was a heavy odor on the room. Reason for this is could be this room was probably used as a office room before. We left the windows open for half an hour and then the odor was bearable.

The room was tidy

There was no information about the check-in, it was confusing and the door code was written wrong in the email. The breakfast was a joke, there was not any information that it’s a piece of bread and a joghurt in the fridge. The whole time the room smelled like cigarrettes.
