Very welcoming and friendly host. We had 11h flight delay and he agreed to check us in late at night. Spacious suite with all necessary equipment.

Low hot water pressure. The host said it was because of the cold weather and cold water in the pipes, the boiler didn't cope with it very well. Maybe it's better in the summer.

Nice comfortable place to stay, excellent connection with the city centre, cheap public transport , a few supermarkets nearby. We've really enjoyed staying here. And amazing hospitality.

Just issues with the internet, a few times slow connection

Room was very clean. View was awesome from balcony. Very quiet place.

Bathroom was little small. Little far from center.

Housekeeping almost every day. It is Big apartment, everything clean and working well, great host always aware of help you, quickly responder.

The mattress . You can feel everything inside the mattress (I don't know why but every place I was stay in Armenia happened, maybe quality of the mattress). It is a little far from the city center and little noisy traffic noise.

Honestly, if it was not an emergency, I'd have cancelled my booking upon arriving.The owner is frowning and unwelcoming.He barely even help with your luggage,being located on the third floor without a lift,I thought help with luggage is naturally expected. Kitchen utensils weren't even washed,coffe and tea spot are clear on cups,pots are equally terribly unclean. Reviews mentioning the cold water in shower are accurate as well.After 11 pm there is no hot water,it's a nightmare to take shower and during the day hot water is scarce. Too noisy all day and there's no proper curtains to block the day light or provide privacy. Cleaning lady doesn't even throw out the trash,you need to ask her to do this or that but as a paying guest why should I be so forward in asking for it, shower tube is full of spots too.No washing machine in a so called "Studio "apartment is something to frown on it is more of a room with a kitchenette NOT a studio nor apartment. It was cold as well an aircondtioner doesn't suffice for warming up a room at the main street in 7-° degree in winter. I don't expect the owner is up to improve these points;seeing they've been mentioned before by other guests.I therefore don't recommend staying at this property when you can get way better value for your money in another hotel.

Service was very poor,owner does not have a hospitable acttitud, or vocation for it.This hotel is not cheap to ignore the unfriendly owner and cold shower. I got approximately 15 seconds of hot water before it turn cold again and had to wash my hair with cold water in the sink.  short story: do not stay here unless you enjoy ice cold showers and an equally cold room.I think if these people actually cared about the experience of their guests they would fix all these things

Frypan in kitchen needed cleaning by me prior to being used as did several other kitchen utensils as they had food stuck to them. poor normal tv reception. Cups unclean.How hard is it to provide clean cups?Electronic stove does not function well, of the four burners only one burner work.

The hosts, Karen and Lucy, were very kind and helpful. The apartment was quite comfortable.

A wider variety of kitchen utensils would have been helpful.
