Kitchen vents are by the pool area so in the morning the pool deck smells of cooked fish, small bathroom area, pool very small, I never saw the pool bar open

I really enjoyed the help from the staff during the stay. From the moment that we stepped into the Park Inn we were thoroughly looked after. The easy walk around the Hotel with the Mall and other restaurants really made the stay accessible. The rooms were absolutely superb and stocked and cleaned daily. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and everything worked. The Spa services were also very excellent and of good price for such a short stay. They stay open until midnight which made it so relaxing before bed. Breakfast buffet as part of the stay was very helpful and I felt we really had a good choice of foods for breakfast and the restaurant was so wonderful to help us out to know which dishes were locally sourced. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would stay again

I stayed with friends on different floors of the hotel so having to get a key card to go to their specific floor where the room was a bit much. But I also understand that's part of the security feature.

Superb location. Right beside SM Clark with plenty of restaurants. Clean room. The most important is the exceptional staff, from front office to butlers. They are so welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Special mention to Miggy and the 2 intern trainees.

Location is good.

Housekeeping is very slow; Room was not available at the designated check-in time. We waited one hour before we can check-in and rest. There was an offer for a late check-out, but it was only offered when we were at the lobby physically checking out, paying. Hypocrisy was all over that offer. If the offer was sincere, it could have been offered while we were still in the room or when we checked-in already late.

Very near the establishments

The service staff are very kind and attentive specially the 2 cleaning attendants assigned in our floor level.

When i asked if we can apply the discount using our PWD Card and the front desk said we can not use this because we booked our hotel thru booking.com it was a surprised to us since it was part of our expectations.

HUES Resto, Room Service, and Breakfast. Made To Order Omelets were Great and they also had CHAMPORADO! And hotel is next to SM Clark and many food choices along the way.

No Ice Machines but atleast rm svc would bring a bucket of ice.

There are fruit flies in the bathroom. We can hear the noises in the upper rooms. No cableTV in the rooms. I have to used my Netflix acct for our room and our children’s rooms. Wifi is bad. The water pressure is very slow. They charge me for the very light lipstick stain in my daughters bath towel. Checking out takes to long. The rooms facilities needs upgrading.

no announcement regarding fire drill..the alarm and siren and very loud and really annoys while u are inside the room sleeping and doing your stuff..

While functionality was not an issue, the room lacked that extra touch of luxury or attention to detail that can elevate a hotel experience. Additionally, the amenities provided by the hotel fell short of being new or modern. It was disappointing to find that certain facilities and features were not up to par with what I had anticipated. This aspect, combined with the underwhelming room quality, left me somewhat dissatisfied with the overall value proposition of my stay. Another drawback was the limited parking availability. This inconvenience created a bit of a hassle, as finding a suitable parking spot proved to be challenging at times. The hotel could benefit from expanding their parking facilities to better accommodate their guests' needs. The cleanliness, as mentioned earlier, was a notable highlight, and the staff members were courteous and accommodating. However, considering the price point, I couldn't help but feel that the hotel fell short of my expectations in terms of room quality, amenities, and parking availability. For guests seeking a comfortable and tidy environment, this hotel may suffice. However, those with higher expectations in terms of room quality, modern amenities, and convenient parking might want to explore other options within a similar price range.

Staff were very accommodating and the room is super clean and comfortable.

The water from the shower keeps on leaking on the bathroom floor so we had to request for extra floor rug to keep it from overflowing everytime we use the shower.
