Good ambiance and good food.

Took an hour before our ordered food was served. Saw cacroach in their restaurant.

The staff are very good especially Front Desk Ms.Gee for helping us and show us around the hotel, and The Golf Cart Drivers are so friendly and very helpful in assisting us going to the new building especially Mr. Mack, keep up the good Work ( Ms Gee and Mr. Mack) .. The Food was so tasty too..all the variety of food during breakfast buffet are all delicious and yummy… we were all impressed… excellent chefs/ cooks..

There are some small/ mini brown cockroaches roaming around the washroom… but everything else is perfect.

Less than what I expected. Was not satisfied, the coffee was just warm. Maybe less choice.

None at all. In general, we did not like our stay.

I requested for 5 rooms, total of 12 pax. My husband & I stayed in one room. My 3 children stayed in another room. The rest of our family in different rooms. I learned that our driver requested for a new towel but it was not given & they did not clean & fix the 2 rooms. I asked for an extra blanket, they charged me. We were dismayed also that there is a charge for every single bottle of wine if we bring it in our room. This is the only hotel that giving charges. In general, WE'RE NOT HAPPY

Breakfast was OK for a business/conference hotel Staff were great

NO facilities, yes there was a "fitness center" that is a converted hotel room, it was spartan at best for the size of this hotel. There's supposedly a pool at the new building but not yet open. No business center

Parking is hell. Hotel guests have to compete with casino players for parking. Hotel guests should have a dedicated parking area. Also the Security Guards were very rude!

The staff are friendly and accommodated my request for room upgrade. Rooms are clean and all equipment are functioning. Food served at breakfast are good.

There should have been sofa/chairs in the lobby for people such as elderly to sit while waiting to get checked in or out.
