The staff were always helpful.

I was initially placed in a smoking room. This room had a significant stench of stale smoke and in my opinion was not fit for anyone to stay in. I found it difficult to breathe in this room. The staff moved me to a non-smoking room, which was much better. I suggest the hotel have a non-smoking policy and totally refurbish the smoking rooms. The smoking rooms are extremely poor.

Premium hotel at a modest price, equivalent hotels are 2-3x the cost. The staff happiness factor is very high, it reflects directly on the management quality, the corporate values and explains the high level of service. The gym, barber, the restaurants and rooftop areas are amazing. Hedonistic, overindulgent….most definitely.

The bed wasnthe best, never wanted to get out. The staff were the friendliest ive.met in AC. If you need service, like more towels, they are at your door within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. It is amust stay if you are in Angeles City

No heated pools. Very little sunlight at the family pool

I liked everything about the hotel. From the staff to the rooms. We stayed during Christmas period so it was quiet as was the aqua beach club. However I have no complaints about this hotel. It exceeded our expectation. The facilities in this hotel would compete with the best hotels in the world. The rooms are so brilliantly designed and you could potentially stay a weekend without leaving the room or hotel as it's a one stop shop. We stayed in the two bedroom aqua suite and the rooms lighting and design plus with the amenities in the room was second to none. Hats off to the whole ABC team for making our stay pleasurable.

I have nothing negative to say except this superb hotel is better suited to being in Las Vegas rather then angeles city.

The reception and customer service staff they are out of this world

The bar and restaurant staff, they weren’t bothered you will sit waiting for a menu or to take an order and they will just be talking with themselves or customers they like. Both in the Vintage Hall and Aqua Bar.
