customer care is okay, but they didnt pick me up from the airport yet we agreed to and on arrival, they told me system was down.

cleanilness is poor inside the room. the pillow case and bedsheets looked like they were never changed.

The room was really big and clean. The view was nice and a/c well worked. We were at 7th floor and lift worked good. Location central for go everywhere around the city.

Breakfast was made with old food from days before (from the dinner, so, not really food for breakfast). No fresh food at all, no fruit, no juices. Last day I felt sick. Water drain in the bathroom was broken, so, every time we showered the floor became a lake for hours (really dangerous, slippery and nasty). I asked severals time to fix it but they didn't do.

- We booked a room for the previous night, because we had to do early check-in next morning, but our room was occupied and we had to wait for 40min for other people to leave our room and for the cleaning. The bed sheets weren't changed and we had to ask for it additionally - Quite cold water in the shower - Cockroaches

The staff was absolutely nice! Best feature of the hotel. Location was interesting if you really want to get in the middle of the Dar life.

Best and clean location

I would have liked to rate this hotel, however, the room I reserved on booking was not available. The rooms that were available were not what I wanted. Therefore, I did not spend my money here. I think booking.com and the hotel need to be more aligned so customers get what they are wanting.

Helpful and welcoming staff, good breakfast. Rooms felt secure. The neighborhood was a bit lively and noisy at night but I did arrive during the weekend. The mornings are lively too due to the hotel being located near a local market.

Breakfast is good, though very strict to Tanzanian food. Mature, supportive and accommodating staff.

Need to introduce English breakfast too. The Bathrooms are not very good - need to have dividers within the bathroom for the shower and toilet and with shower curtains. I would always ask for floor towels - if I don't, house keepers would not bother to put floor towels in the rooms. The rooms need to have fridges.

My stay was good, the staff were really good and I have no complaints against them, the room was nice and spacious and so was the toilet.

Hot water from the shower took a long time to come out and sometimes it doesn't come out at all, I'm sure tho if you report it to the front desk they would take care of it, i haven't because being in the military I'm somewhat used to a little bit of inconvenience.
