Lovely peaceful location, great place to go for a stroll along the country lanes or a walk in the mountains or to just to get away from it all. The cottage was cosy and had everything you would need for a heart warming and relaxing vacation. Just the place to recharge the batteries.

Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Set in breathtaking beautiful countryside, as if the seen was ripped out of a story book. Elizabeth and Judy treated us like family and their friendly dogs just made the holiday even more special. It’s a must see, forget about the hassle of Spain and Greece, this little cottage is unforgettable at a fraction of the price. Make sure you rent a car🤗. Cottage was clean cute and cosy.

Nothing

The cottage was lovely. It had all essentials you would need for a break away. We had brought food for the first day or two and Elizabeth had left milk, butter, tea and coffee and of course the Waterford Blaas. The cottage is perfectly comfortable for 2 people and would probably cater for 4 with the sofa bed in the living area. We knew there were dogs on the premises, but we didn't hear or see them until our third day there and that was because we were joining all 4 dogs for their walk in the mountain. Our host Elizabeth brought us up the mountain into an area which we would never have found on our own. It was a fabulous walk with fabulous views and Elizabeth was fabulous company. The dogs are really well behaved and obeyed every order from Elizabeth. That and our trip to Mahon Falls were the highlights of our trip.

The host, Elizabeth, was so accomodating. She provided such a lovely welcome pack, a welcome letter and so much information and brochures about the area. She honestly went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The property didn't have an oven. However everything else was so perfect that we didn't even miss it.
