The rooms and common areas are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is right next to the beach!

We checked in on Saturday evening and stayed 4 nights,we had to take cold showers for the duration of our stay whether it was in the morning or night which was very unpleasant. We spoke to the owner and he said its the number of guests and load shedding causing the geyser not to warm up but we were only a few people,when we had loadshedding there was no light or even a candle so we had to just sit in the dark or use our phones flash.

The kitchen is worn and unsightly. The matress was saggy, and there are no windows in the room for airflow.

Clean and spacious room with inviting common area and large kitchen. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, food options are available a short drive away. The beach can be reached on foot. Very welcoming host! Uncomplicated check-in / -out procedures and communication with the host was perfect.

Very well priced, clean, quiet and friendly host

The location is very nice and this is a quiet area. We were upgraded to a lerger room and we were the only guests that night. We were able to use the washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as the guest kitchen and living room. The house is nicely decorated and the bedroom is comfortable.

The beds were comfortable and spacious. The compound was pleasant and it was nice that we had a separate cottage on the property. Checking in and out was easy and there was ample onsite parking.

The bathroom was okay but discoloured water burbled up out of the shower drain every time we flushed the toilet. The curtains weren't big enough to cover the windows, which made us feel like there was no privacy especially after dark. The cottage is in a compound but there are other guests staying in the main house and the other cottage and we didn't like the idea that anyone could look in at any time. One of the pillows on my bed smelled of old cigarette smoke and dirty hair, which was off-putting, but the rest of the bedding was fresh and clean.

The over work and under paid lady were a fresh breeze. With a boss not treating her well. While she have to clean 8 rooms plus the owners house for a mere R150 per day. People qe have to stand together against people like this owner.

The owner under pay his 1 staff member while she has to clean 8 rooms a kitchen doing laundry. Plus the owners house for R150 per day. Shes looking after his income of more than R4000 per day. And shame he can only aford R150 per salary to one lady doing 3 ladies work.
