Leafy Suburban must fulfill as a place to stay in these Northwestern outskirts of London. Perfectly clean and comfortable and certainly quiet. Remember that this is a private house and the house rules may not suit you and the owner's parking restictions may seema bit odd. Plenty of hot water, indeed the shower lacks adjustment and may be too hot for some and the breakfast is good, fresh cooked and well presented. I was a one-nighter, other guests may have been longer stays and used to the regime. Would I stay there again? Hmmm, probably not, a bit 'regulated' for my liking.

I'm afraid I do not like being told to take off my shoes on entering. A guest house is a commercial undertaking and commercial grade flooring should go with the territory. There are house flip-flops offered, but these are NOT one time use items and very uncomfortable, indeed dangerous, on the stairs. I should have read the description more carefully as at my age communal bathrooms and WCs are a bit of a no-no. The owner insisted I move my car onto the road - 'Because I might move my car in the morning', he did not. Other guests got to leave their cars on the drive. The first floor shower was belligerantly hot with no cool adjustment and poorly directed.

Very cosy room and apartment, you could smell and see cleanliness and the staff very helpful. An absolute vfm.

bedrooms and bathroom were really clean. Jessica was really nice and the english breakfast was really good. I was there with my parents, we had 2 bedrooms and we were really happy about it.

The whole house was peaceful, spotlessly clean and well-run. Exceptional breakfast and ultra-polite and friendly hostess!

It’s a good located, very clear and familiar house. The host was very kind, she made delicious breakfast as well for all of us every morning. Huge recommendation who wants to stay in a quiet and peaceful place.

Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Very big house with guests having access to all common areas that is pleasant. Both bathrooms are big and comfortable. Easy parking in the street.

There was no hot water in the bathroom whole evening and subsequent morning. The owner could not repair it before our departure. Unfortunately I had to wash myself with a cold water, so naturally could not use a nice shower room.
