Its more like a home to me. Had the chance to make new friends that were very warm and kind . The Colombian señora was very helpful and always smile. I do appreciate her caring and understanding and understanding. To be honest , I missed the hostel. Wish I can spend more time there.

The swimming pool was small. Didn’t encourage me to take a dip.

Wonderful place! The staff are friendly and outgoing! They allowed me to leave a surfboard to sell in the hostel! Really kind of them!

I ate too many pancakes

I liked the pancakes in the morning.

The rooms are super small and not so good value for money. Some employees are a bit disrespectful.

The beds in the dorm rooms are designed to ensure privacy - curtains enclose the bed, a light for reading in bed is provided, a switch for an adjustable fan is also included, 2 electrical outlets and a shelf to store items are also included. Free breakfast - fresh fruit and pancakes/ waffles - is provided. The pool was well maintained. Did not use the hot tub. Efficient and quiet air conditioning in dorm room at night.

My bed was lumpy. The springs in the box spring mattress were noticible when sleeping. I was disappointed in the mattress.

The windows could have been better sealed so as to prevent mosquitoes from flying in. The curtains on the beds impeded my ability to climb up and down the bunk beds safely. Another guest put their towels on my ladder, which made it difficult to climb onto the bunk. The wifi connection in the rooms were poor.

The owners were super lovely, helped us as well with booking our tour to the San Blas Islands. Also there's breakfast (pancakes and fruits) included.

We booked a private room (mini privada), it was super super small, without any window and not comfortable at all. Not recommended, but the dorms looked like they had more space.

The hostel is nice, although nothing special. We stayed 1 night as a stopover after arriving. The staff is very nice but the tips weren’t really helpful (we were told to get bus tickets to Valle de Anton 1 day in advance although the bus is leaving every hour..)

the location is really bad. nothing around, quite far from the metro.

the checkin was easy, they gave us good information on places to park. and eat. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. The pool was great!

the women’s bathroom floor was always wet. women were not careful when using the shower. Twice I had to hang up the bathmat that was full of water. At 4 a.m one morning another guest in the dorm was listening to a religious program without headphones. I reminded him that it was Quiet time but he didn’t turn it off.

The living room area was cozy.

The bathroom was always dirty. I got a top bunk in the dorm and it was making a lot of noise every move I made.

they let me check in late, really late, and were very friendly. breakfast included, at that price, I was impressed. pancakes and fruit, perfect way to start the day. all staff friendly and helpful. the guy in the night shift even brought my heavy suitcase upstairs it was very kind. rooms with lockers and ac and a little blanket. shuttle for playa venao picks up here. very convenient! over a wonderful experience.
