Bedroom is spacious. Close to downtown Cusco (15min)

Room is clean, well prepared. Shower is hot. Staff are nice and attentive. Great location - good selections of restaurants around the hotel, 10-15mins from the airport. Good security at the entrance. Communication through WhatsApp helped me communicating about check in time or any queries in advance.

A bit noisy at early morning. Breakfast was a bit poor (one selection of hot meal and a few breads, ham, avocado plus drinks).

The staff are amazing. They are all so lovely and attentive. I ordered food and texted reception to see if they could run it up once it arrived and they replied immediately and brought up my food. I felt super comfortable and would 100% stay here again. It's a perfect sized room with everything I need.

There is no elevator or some body to help you take your briefcase up stairs keep that in mind with the altitude this is a must.

The staff was generous and caring, although the cleaning lady was so thorough to throw away my broken shampoo bottle with which I've used to travel. Later they compensated with a double amount of hotel's shampoo. Sleeping quality was better when using earplugs.

Great staff, accommodations and great breakfast!

The customer service was great. The front desk ordered us a taxi that was ready in the morning to take us to the airport, plus they supplied us with a bagged breakfast since we were leaving early in the morning. This hotel room itself left much to be desired though. The best part of the room was the bed. It was comfortable and warm.

The location was not great. It was right by a busy street with little protection in way of noise. Everything felt outdated. The shower was ice cold no matter how long I attempted to let it warm up or which way I turned the faucet. The room had a jacuzzi, but there was no way I was going to use it since I couldn't get the water to warm up. The room also was not very secure. I went to the wrong room at first, and I was able to unlock the door and go into someone else's hotel room. This made me a bit nervous. Otherwise, the room had a nice bed to sleep in prior to flying out the next morning.

The Casa Real is a great inexpensive hotel very close to the main street Avenue El Sol. It is a typical hotel room, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, with lots of warm blankets (a must in Cusco on a night), a lovely hot shower with great water pressure. Breakfast for us was included, which comprised bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, omelette, and a dish of fruit. All tasted very fresh. You can have a drink of tea at anytime of the day. A nice selection on most floors and in reception. All the staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. I'd recommend.

The only downside of this hotel is there is a central staircase and sound travels up like a chimney and carries along the landings. Given a few very selfish guests who come in late at night shouting, singing and slamming their doors (not really the hotels fault), but the design does exacerbate the noise.
