Lovely breakfast with plenty of homemade treats on offer. Room had good quiet aircon and wardrobe provided. We had use of small kitchen and full size fridge. We arrived on a hot day and were cool and comfortable shortly afterwards.
The view out the window was the only downside but it wasn’t important to us.

Our stay felt like we had found a new, exceedingly beautiful home. Every detail was carefully considered, and everything was well kept and maintained. The location was ideal, with Oristano easily reachable by car. Our host was nothing short of outstanding: incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options, including fresh croissants and fruits, setting a perfect tone for the day. The host's recommendations truly enhanced our experience. Notably, we were advised to visit Oristano for the 'Notte Bianca,' which proved to be a delightful experience. If you're seeking a place that combines the comforts of home with the indulgence of a getaway, we couldn't recommend this place more!"

This was our favorite stay during our trip! The room was beautiful, very clean and you can see the dedication and effort put into the place. The host was kind, attentive and made sure we had a good stay, and prepared a great breakfast.

The place is located around 3 kilometres from the centre of Oristano, but it has its pros. Gugliana, the owner was the most welcoming and smiling host you can dream of. The breakfast was just amazing. All types of food: sweet and savoury; a lot of snacks. It’s abundance was just mind-blowing. Grazie Gugliana!

I loved the room which was carefully designed in all the details and everything was spotless.
I was glad there was a hair dryer.
The breakfast was amazing, I cuold find everything prepared in the kitchen
And I have to thank them for accompanying me to the train station early in the morning on the day of my departure.

The room was beautiful…. light and very clean. The host was amazing . It is certainly the best property I have stayed in using booking. com. it is the best breakfast I have had in Italy with amazing home made cakes, great croissant and local honey. If you have your own transport this place is must.

The room was big and extremely cozy as well as the kitchen space. Breakfast was AMAZING: they offer freshly baked "cornetti", cappuccino, juice, local biscuits, fresh fruit and many more. The owner was very friendly, highly efficient and available at all times through whatsapp. Very recommended.

The hosts were unbelievably welcoming. Truly, we loved meeting Giyliole and Guisseppe and staying at the little house that is next door to them. It has stovetop and microwave, kettle and coffee maker and enough utensils for some simple cooking. The space has been decorated with thoughtful touches of Sardinia: flowers, wall hangings. The breads, sweet pastries and yoghurt offerings for breakfast are sufficient for a small army 😀. The homemade flan was a measure above and beyond the norm and really speaks volumes about the attitude G&G have toward their guests...and life. Thank you for the loan of the beach umbrella too. Happy life!!!!
