Lage Nette Damen an der Rezeption

Extrem hellhörig und laut, Nachbarn machten die ganze Nacht bis morgens Party! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Unterm Tag dann Baulärm weil das Treppenhaus renoviert wird, was auch bitter notwendig ist. Mit Baby natürlich toll, wenn 3m weiter gehämmert wird... Danke für diese entspannte Zeit! Generell sind die Nachbarn und die Gegend draußen alles andere als freundlich. Teilweise sind die Bilder Fake und stimmen nicht mit der Unterkunft überein. Baby kann angeblich kostenlos übernachten, wir zahlten aber mehrere hundert Euro mehr für ein Baby unter 1 Jahr und das versprochene Babybett war auch nicht im Zimmer (bekamen wir aber dann noch). Pool ist verdreckt (deswegen geht auch keiner rein), zudem fast nie Sonne. Hat man auch im Zimmer nie! Mitarbeiter spritzen mit dem Gartenschlauch den ganzen Dreck von den Fliesen, usw in den Pool, auch noch nie gesehen. Die Kommunikation ist völlig unpersönlich. Man muss vorab zahlen (was ok ist, aber wieso dann so kompliziert und nicht einfach über booking?). Man wird über booking nach Handynr und E-Mail gefragt und bekommt dann einen Zahlungslink per Mail. Man muss online einchecken, der online check in funktionierte aber nicht. Schickten dann die Ausweise per Mail, ohne jegliche Reaktion. Es gibt direkt in der Altstadt so viele bessere Unterkünfte (sogar mit Balkon und Meerblick) und auch noch deutlich günstiger.

The mattress wasn't comfortable. I was in first floor sometimes the noise of the car in the road woke us up.

La ubicación y la facilidad de entrada. Apartamentos remodelados con aspecto moderno y nuevo.

Echamos en falta un congelador (que para estancías largas puede venir muy bien) y algo de menaje. Tampoco pudimos aprovechar el parking que, aunque nos indicaron que es sólo para trabajadores, todos los días tenía hueco y tuvimos que apañarnos con el coche.

Right opposite the ocean! Close to the centre yet peaceful. Rooms, bedding, everything very clean; appliances appeared to be new. Staff most helpful, both in offices and cleaning staff. Easy to ask for more towels etc. Also, the apartment was cleaned and bedding etc changed halfway through my week’s stay. And, very useful in winter of North of Tenerife, the oil-filled radiator. Very good system to allow entry to building (keypad) and collect keys from key box. I also appreciated being given a remote control to allow me to park in the car park.

The apartment would have been perfect with the addition of a couple of easy chairs. The pool area could be more inviting.

View amazing, quality of the furnish, comfy bed and spacious room. Massive TV.

Paper thin floors and walls you can hear every little noise the neighbouring apartments were making. Neighbours smoking weed the smell would blow into our room and they were also playing load music till quite late. This I can forgive as it was Christmas and maybe wouldn't happen to often.

Very bright and spacious apartment . Tastefully furnished with nice modern and well equipped kitchen. Easy off-street parking . Friendly and helpful host. Great view of the ocean and sound of the surf
