La limpieza.

Aire acondicionado no funciona, animación casi inexistente, bebidas de todo incluido de marca blanca no, transparente.

Desde el mal trato en la Recepción, toallas rotas y gastadas Muebles viejos, bichos en la habitación jabón de ducha y manos pésimo…

Preço-qualidade. Ambiente do hotel bom. Empregadas de limpeza muito amáveis e os empregados do restaurante também. Quarto sempre limpo. Localização boa mas longe da praia (20 minutos a pé a mais próxima). Podemos usufruir do hotel em frente (refeitório e animação/piscina).

Cheiro a esgoto em algumas partes do hotel. Refeitório quente. Empregados do bar bastante antipaticos (especialmente o Esteban). Poucas mesas na zona do bar da piscina para a capacidade do hotel. Existe um bar no 7° andar com a música extremamente alta e só termina às 2 da manhã. Numa das noites de animação o show foi cancelado enquanto decorria sem alguma justificação, tendo nessa noite não existido mais nenhuma animação.

Pool was great, bar right there (you do have to pay €1 for a plastic cup), but you get it back. This didn’t bother me at all, if anything it kept the pool free of unused cups and they give you a new one every time you get a new drink. Same of pool towels €10 charge, but you can change them as you like and get your money back once you hand it back in. room and view were fantastic. We were on the 5th floor, which overlooked the sea. Spectacular view! Cleaning lady was lovely and came by every day to clean, although sheets weren’t changed. Just tidied the beds over the 5 days we were there. She did give us fresh towels if we asked and cleaned the room daily. Bar staff are pleasant enough and so are the staff in the eating halls. very efficient in cleaning and making space for pple to eat. Hotel location is good, short taxi ride around €4 into main town. You can also walk, but we didn’t. Also took the bus to the beach €15 for the day. it drops you really early and drops you back early evening which is good. You can use facilities in two neighbouring hotels. Spa facilities in one (€10 per hour) and indoor pool in another which is a bonus on rainy days. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby so lots of variety to eat out. Was all inclusive, drinks were pretty good except cocktails. They were made from a machine and weren’t great. Apart from that, can’t complain about the drinks. Entertainment was limited, but it is their off season, so I can’t comment much on that. Did see some games by the pool on warmer days which drew a good crowd.

The food really let this place down. we ended up eating out after a day or two. Very repetitive and bland to say the least. No love goes into the meals. Breakfast is ok, can’t really go wrong there a bit of everything for everyone. lunch and dinner however always consisted of some sort of pork loin or dry fish, with plain pasta or rice. wasn’t very appealing to the eye or tastebuds. Even the pizza wasn’t great. but plenty local restaurants in walking distance to choose from! so wasn’t that bothered.

Hotel has really good location. It is close to the ocean, stores, places where it lives during the day and night. The pool area is amazing and rooms are also very comfy. The food options are fine, I was happy with both breakfasts and dinners. The only thing I was surprised was, the first dinner we had, we came to the restaurant and didnt know nor we werent told that since we do not have all inclusive we can not take flavored drinks, beer and wine. There wasnt any sign saying that and since we were after a long travel and came hungry to the dinner room we automatically took drinks, then the lady came to us with a check for 6 euro to pay. I mean 6 euro is not that much but it is too much for 2 drinks especially when we werent aware of the system, but it is nothing major. We were lucky to have room with ocean view and a big balcony was a big plus. If we will be back on Tenerife, we will be back to this hotel.

Went bed breakfast and evening meal we had 4 Coca-Cola which we had to pay for told you only get water free with meal. Disappointing

It was clean and the drink pours were generous. The pool was a good size

Food was rubbish. Could have been more bland is they tried. The reception gave us no information on arrival (3 of us arrived at different times and same thing). We later found out that we could use facilities at other hotels for free too but we’re told anything.
