Good location close to the all restaurants and shops. Clean and cozy. All stuff for cooking. Nice balcony with sea view. A washing machine as a plus.

The location was very convenient & the room was kitted out with everything we needed. It was a great place for a short to medium stay.

There was some noise from below, especially one night when there was a concert on in the harbour area below.

It can be extremely noisy because it's very much in the center. Sleeping can be difficult

We had a great time here in the center and with view to the harbor and ocean. And very close to the public free parking. We stayed while the carneval was on - and could view directly from third floor

Not really an apartment as advertised. ...was like a hotel room with a kitchen and washing machine in the barhroom !! Clean but basic. Was very much for German visitors. No instructions for tv/British programmes. Luckily we are not big TV watchers and were there for the experience. Very noisy at night with the fun fair (not sure if that's an all year thing). Had an issue with children playing ball and screaming in hallway outside room. It was dealt with by a very angry Spanish lady and it stopped!! A basic welcome pack would have been nice.. Some issues but was a nice visit. Would give it a second chance if issues addressed.

Everything very good, but the refrigerator could do with being replaced for a new one as the section on the door for bottles and milk wasn’t secure, had to be careful when opening the door.

Apartment was great for two people. Had everything we needed. Bed was very good, slept well. Staff were very friendly, wished I could have spoken Spanish, communication was poor on arrival, managed this by sending messages through booking. com, which translated all. Perfect location. Could access all the lovely restaurants, Botanical and Orchid Gardens and loved swimming in the harbour across from the apartment. Shuttle bus from the south airport was able to drop off and collect very close to the apartment and took between 60-90 to get there.

Wasn't aware of the fair ground which was open every night. Weekends were very noisy, but could be reduced by closing the balcony door. Having said this, it wouldn't stop us from booking there again.

the location was perfect , the pool had great views , extra pillows were provided on request for my back problems . it was a great wee place to spend a week .

possibly a few more kitchen utensils would be helpful eg scissors.

Very central location, amazing pool on the roof, clean, simple but ok kitchen, friendly staff and easy check in.

The wifi wasn't slow, but it has very frequent lags of a few seconds, makes video calls impossible. Sometimes quite loud at night and from 7am (street cleaning).

The best possible location, everything is very close. The beach is magical.

Location perfect. Few steps to Plaza del Charco. Enjoyed watching the bustle of the muelle, the view from the balcon is towards it. On top floor sunbeds, swimming pool and great views.

The balcon is maybe not the best for sunbathing, but this can be taken as a positive thing, a nice hideaway from the sun;).

There was sometimes a strong smell of exotic food coming from the hallway of the house.

Hot water in shower does not run long enough for 2 shorts showers in a row for 2 people. Smells from other apartments cooking throughout the day.

It is in the middle of action, so noisy, which can be delightful or annoying, depending on what you’re looking for.

The property is very close to all amenities. It is compact however you have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and bedding was changed as were the towels by Maria who is very helpful. Keys picked up on time which is always a worry. Wonderful views of the harbour from the balcony. It is noisy but it’s what you expect living in the town. Lovely shower and easy to use washing machine. TV worked and has netflicks. I felt safe which is important for a lone traveller. I had a lovely time.

The lifts are a bit scary but they did work. Could do with a newer fridge. On the whole had a great time.

Very well located, with a funtastic view to the Port. There is a very nice balcony, where one can have meals with a funtastic view to the sea. The building a swimming pool on the rooftop and there are people in the building who can support if there is any problem at the apartment.

There is no separation between the kitchen and the bed, so if you cook, you will sleep smelling the food. There is no detergent to wash the dishes, nor to wash the clothes (although there is a washing machine). The toilet seat have a wood closet above, which can cause frequent head shock.
