Hotel Cesmeli exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel's location is also a plus as it is situated in the heart of the city, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. What stood out to me the most was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always willing to assist with any queries or requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Hotel Manager Mehmet even arranged a friendly tour guide Mohammed Ata, who exceeded our expectations. He was very kind and helpful in every matter. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cesmeli to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city. The exceptional service makes it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers alike.

We were given early check in at 8.30am by the male staff, really appreciated it. Very close to Bursa's main attractions (Ulu Camii, Koza Han, Grand Bazaar, Kebap Iskender) just by 5 min walk. The room was okay for 2 people.

The toilet was a bit rundown. Hot water comes and goes, which was a bit uncomfortable because the weather was still cold in May. Also the lady at the counter did not remember I asked for a taxi for 1pm (even though I already reminded the reception twice - once in the morning, and once again at 12pm). Waited until 1.30pm then the taxi finally came, and that was after i reminded her AGAIN for the 3rd time. Almost missed my ferry to Istanbul.

Good location and nice staff at the reception desk, really ready to help and give useful tips travellers generally need.

My room was cleaned just once during my four day sejourn

We arrived early in the morning and we were kindly given an early check in. Breakfast was good.

the hotel is very near to the several tourist attraction. we just take a walk to tophane clock tower, Bursa Grand Mosque, green tomb, koza han and grand bazaar.

the hot water in the bathroom is not function but it was not a big problem to us.

The staff were lovely and the hotel is close to the main sites, unfortunately that doesn't make up for it being a very poor hotel.

No cleaning, restocking bathroom etc over the 3 night stay. Their mops etc are kept in the passageway. The hotel smells badly of cigarette smoke that you just can't get away from, the furniture also had cigarette marks in the room and bedding had cigarette burn. The room was lit by one fluorescent bulb (the second bulb didn't work). The bathroom hasn't been updated since the hotel was built and the toilet cistern leaks, no shower curtain, grouting needs redoing, a proper clean needs to be done etc. As lovely has the front desk staff are, my advice is to avoid this hotel.
