Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλυτρο και το διπλό κρεβάτι δεν ήταν διπλό ήταν 2 μόνα κρεβάτια ενωμένα και δεν ήταν και τόσο βολικό

Das Hotel ist super zentral. Frühstück war auch immer sehr, sehr lecker und ausgiebig.

Managers Furkan and Hamdullah were very kind and helpful. They helped us with taxis, general information about the city and did their best to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Cleanliness in the rooms was top notch. My friends had the spa and massage and they were so relaxed afterwards. The breakfast was great. We looked forward to it every morning. The staff was very kind and gave us infromation about places we could see and about Istanbul in general. It was the highlight of our day. The view from the rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served had a breathtaking view of the city.

Perfect location for family, everything was walking distance which was very helpful with two children. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and service very good. This review is to say a big thank-you to ‘Hassan & Nadir’ who were amazing with the kids and made the whole experience 5 stars.

Only fault was the one night we had construction works outside the property until 1am, however this was not the fault of the hotel.

Perfect!!!! The location is wonderful, just 2 minutes from Cisterna Basilica and 5-7 minutes from Hagia Sofia. There is a terrace with an excellent restaurant Zeugma upstairs where it was possible to enjoy the view on Hagia Sofia during the breakfasts. By the way, the breakfasts were WONDERFUL - very tasty and copious. Also another thing, which does not happen frequently in the hotels - the lighting was very good. I like when the light is bright. And the last but not least - the STAFF - just amazing, very friendly, very thoughtful!!! And there was a pleasant surprise - they have gifted me a birthday cake as I had a birthday while staying there. That was unexpected and very very nice :) I will definitely stay there again when in Istanbul and recommend it to others!!!

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e bem treinados e a localização fica perto de todos os pontos turísticos mais famosos. Dá para fazer tudo a pé! Superou minhas expectativas!

Todo! Hermosa habitación, con cama muy cómoda y limpia. Excelente desayuno. La ubicación es un 10! A solo algunos pasos de la mezquita Santa Sofía. El personal siempre muy atento, nos esperaron en el aeropuerto y nos iban contactando por whatsapp. Impecable todo!

Самое замечательное в отеле - это ресторан на 6 этаже. Мы всегда ужинали только там. Потрясающе вкусно все!!!! Спасибо большое шеф-повару и всем работникам ресторана. Также понравился номер, все удобно, хорошая кровать и удобный душ. Расположение отеля идеальное! Рады, что заказали трансфер от и до аэропорта, отличная большая комфортная машина по вполне нормальной цене.

Завтраки очень однообразные, не вкусно. Это странно, потому что они там же в ресторане, в котором вечером кормят фантастически.

Staff very friendly. Room clean. Location is in the heart of the Istanbul old city, the neighborhood is quite nice at night. Also, breakfast on the terrace looking over the Hagia Sofia is amazing.

Great welcoming crew, nicely arrange airport transfer, excellent wifi, delicious breakfast. The kindness of the reception is remarkable, thank you for that, that was really important. Comfortable room and bed, great room service, even if you not asked, they suprised me a fruit plates for free of charge. Was kind! The blue led lights in the room and in the bathroom was impressive. The location of the hotel is good, walking distance from the most important attractions, included public trasport stations.

Здравствуйте! Мы отдыхали с 9 декабря по 12 декабря 2023 года. Нам все понравилось! Расположение было просто отличное, в самом центре исторической части города. В отеле были замечательные, вкусные,полноценные завтраки! В номере чисто, кровать удобная, широкая, с хорошей приятной постелью. На 6 этаже имеется ресторан с видовыми окнами, откуда открывается панорама прекрасного города. Спасибо Вам большое за гостеприимство! Привет из Казани.

Very pleasant place to stay - good facilities, spacious rooms, nice breakfast with some variety. A view that is hard to beat - breakfast/restaurant zone, some of the rooms and commonly accessible terraces open up against Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. So location is just excellent- in no time you'll get access to the main attractions - Sophia, Cisterns, the Mehmet palace and others. Lots of restaurants and cafes around in addition to the one the hotel provides you with. The partner SPA is placed in such a way thay one can get there directly through hotel's lobby without needing to walk the street. The stuff is exceptionally nice and helpfull, the rooms are well equpied with both heating and AC to provide the guests a comfortable stay in any time of the year.

Had a very nice stay, but if I have to pick-up on something - maybe soundproofing wasn't entirely there. It was one of my choice criterias, but I could hear any minor noise outside the room like elevator or even the clicking of the automatical lights in the corridor. Luckily the room was placed in a way that it didn't receive any noise from the street. Also a funny light malfunction in the room that made the lights blink every 10-15 minutes at night, when the lights were off. Didn't find that critical though

en general TODO. La ubicación perfecta a 2 minutos andando de Sultanhameit, a 5 minutos andando del tranvia, a 5 minutos caminando del bazar.... es que toda la parte antigua esta a un pasito. Alrededor del hotel muchisimos sitios donde comer, cenar, desayunarr. El hotel es genial, el restaurante es precioso, Brahim es un tio estupendo! teniamos desayuno incluido y un par de dias cenamos en el hotel por recomendacion de Brahim y estaba todo delicioso y con unas vistas preciosas. El personal del hotel (TODOS) super amables, nos arreglaron los transfers sin problema, siempre super pendientes que no nos faltara de nada.... una maravilla. Sin duda volveré a Estambul, y volveré a ese mismo hotel.

L'Hotel ha una posizione straordinaria per visitare Istanbul: è vicino ai principali luoghi d'interesse ma è anche riservato garantendo quindi una discreta tranquillità ai propri ospiti. La colazione, servita al sesto piano in una terrazza dal panorama mozzafiato sul Bosforo e la città a 360 gradi, è una delle migliori rilevate negli ultimi anni: ricca e varia per tutti i gusti, con varie alternanze nelle pietanze. Ma non pretendete caffè o cappuccino all'italiana! Ottima la pulizia (anche troppa: si potrebbe evitare di cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni...) e gentilissimo e professionale il personale. Abbiamo usufruito di un trattamento nella SPA dell'hotel assolutamente soddisfacente

La climatizzazione andrebbe resa autonoma: per i nostri gusti c'era un pò troppo caldo. La nostra camera, standard, era un pò piccola e aveva un terrazzino minuscolo che si affacciava su un muro: non una grande vista, ma da dire che avevamo chiesto una camera silenziosa e della vista ci importava assai poco. Qualche arredo migliorabile nella funzionalità (ripiani, appendini esterni)

Great location and friendly staff. Just a 5 minute walk from all the important tourist spots like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Great views from the restaurant terrace

Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. Better to eat something outside if you have the time. It takes some time to arrive there from the airport because of the traffic, but this is to be expected of any hotel in the historic centre.
