Nice place, clean and spacious.

The owner was crazy. The check-out is at 11.00, she and a cleaner was at our door at 10.53 and said to my wife, that we need to leave in 5 minutes. At 11.00 sharp they just came in and said, that we need to get out.. when we asked for like extra 5 minutes to get out (we have 2 little girls, so it can be a little bit disorganized..), she told us, that the contract states 11.00 sharp and we "Need to get OUT".. Also,we arrived in the middle of the night from the airport and the appartment didn't even had some water to drink (and Cyprus is quite hot in the summer) and there was barely any toilet paper.. The nearest shop is some kilometers away and it is quite inconvenient to be without some basic necessities even in the first morning.. when I raised this issue the owner told us, that this is self serving appartment and water is not something, that they provide, but still.. and they barely appologised for the toilet paper..

The property was spacious, bright, clean with equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony.

The TV didnt work and it was kind of ancient.

Very quiet, ideal for a family. Extra toys in the house, they have been greatly appreciated. Amazing view fro m the balcony.

The floor was apparently clean but after walking bare foot for 10 minutes you had black feet. I had to wash the floor myself. Beside this, the aparmet was clean.
