The hotel is good, on a nice location. The only difficulty was room service. It was very poor, have to wait long for anything ordered.

Bathroom floor always wet, lots of street noise. Can’t complain about that though as it’s such a bust area.

The room was very nice and comfortable. it was cleaned every day, sometimes not 100%. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

They forced me to make a payment after a few days and not only at the end of the stay which was very strange for me. They were not able to give a normal receipt for the payment. Instead of this they gave a printout with every day cost of many pages which is useless for the fiscal authorities... As I joined a seminar in Kolkata I needed a normal receipt for the rent which they couldn't give me. So unfortunately I will not be able to stay in this hotel again although I liked the room and also the friendly staff. Unfortunately they didn't provide an unspicy breakfast most of the time. On some days they prepared extra unspicy breakfast for me which was awesome.
