V.I.P. Baia ist eine Top-Adresse in Machico mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer.
Sehr guter Standort nahe dem Sandstrand und sofort im Zentrum. Die Infrastruktur der Wohnung ist hervorragend mit extrem vielen genialen und hilfreichen Gegenständen in der Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts!!! In der kalten Jahreszeit ist jedes Schlafzimmer mit einem Elektro-Heizkörper ausgerüstet. Betten in zwei Zimmer sind sehr angenehm.
Küche hat alle erdenklichen Hilfsmittel und sehr viel Geschirr.
Schnelles und starkes Internet in der Wohnung und zusätzlicher Router im Schlafzimmer.
Betreuung und Schlüsselübergabe waren effizient und schnell. Parkplatz wurde eingewiesen bei der Schlüsselübergabe.
Viel WhatsApp Korrespondenz auf alle Anfragen und Informationen.
Satelliten- TV mit vielen Sendern, jedoch war das Bild bei allen fremdsprachigen Sendern gestört und nicht wirklich zu empfangen.
In den letzten Tagen war der Empfang etwas besser etwas besser.

The apartment is really nice. Perfect location by the beach, easy to reach, with commerce nearby. It offers all necessary luxuries, from a well equipped kitchen, to a spacious living room and an explendid outdoor space with wide views.
Bonus point was the availability of a garage to park our car. Quite handy.

My partner and I stayed in 4 places during our stay on Madeira and this was the best! The location was incredible and Romao was a great host. We even got a welcome basket when we arrived! It has private parking, is walking distance to the Pingo Doce supermarket, opposite a great restaurant and overlooks a beautiful beach. The beach has beautiful golden sand with clear water and is safe (no currents or large waves). Beach towels were also provided by Romao :-) The apartment has approx 290 degree beautiful views of the ocean and mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and can also easily accommodate 6 adults. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again.

High quality penthouse in a modern house. Great location, everything within reach of several minutes of walking (restaurants, sandy beach). Private parking place. Two bathrooms, towels. Amazing views from huge terrace. Hosting very proffesional, thanx for greeting wine :), took care about every single detail you will need during your stay. Full kitchen equipment, terrace furniture, coffee machine. Feeling just like home. Definitely recommended

Spent 10 days there and honestly, it's a perfect place to stay in Madeira. Fully equipped spacious and clean unit 5 minutes away from the sandy beach, the shop, and the restaurants. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Lots of space. Felt like a proper home rather than a bare rental. You felt like the ornaments etc had been collected by a real family. We had a very lazy holiday and didn’t cook but there seemed to be plenty of utensils etc. The owner was very kind and left us gifts of wine and fruit. The wrap around balcony was amazing and there was lots of outside furniture. There were even beach towels and ponchos for the lovely beach which is three minutes walk away. Lovely and safe for swimming. We found the beds comfortable.
It was very hot in the main living area when we were there as the weather was exceptionally hot and sunny and there is a lot of glass but we were outside most of the time and we managed to keep the bedrooms to a reasonable temperature.

Fabulous apartment with most spectacular views, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Facilities in apartment superb, balcony enormous with lovely patio furniture. Very private....overall excellent we would definitely recommend and hope to return.

The apartment is huge and bright. It is well located in Machico - near the beach and the restaurants etc. If there had been 6 of us it would have been incredible value for money.
Not much not to like! Would have appreciated some info in the property such as where to get rid of rubbish, but we figured out.

Romeo met us on arrival. He showed us round the property.
Lift did not work for first couple of days and everything had to be carried up 9 flights of stairs. Romeo kindly arranged engineers to fix but it took a couple of days. Many of the double glazed units are broken down and need replacement to the main feature windows. The boiler temperature for hot water was too low and we had to take cold showers for the first couple of days until I discovered and reset the boiler.
