Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Zentrum. Mann kann in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß den Skanderbeg-Platz erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Die Einfahrt ist relativ schmal. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und spricht sehr gut englisch. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Es gab Spiegelei, Omelett, Würstchen, Tomaten, Gurken, Balkankäse, Früchte, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Croissant, Wurst, Käse, etc. Das Buffet wirkte zuerst recht leer, aber die Frühstücksdame hat immer wieder aufgefüllt. Der Kaffee wird frisch gemacht und schmeckt gut.

Unser Zimmer roch total nach Rauch. Man konnte uns leider kein anderes Zimmer geben, da alles ausgebucht war. Die Kissen waren ziemlich hart. Das 3. Bett war nur ein kurzes Klappbett, dass für unseren 16-jährigen Sohn zu klein war. Auch für mich (1,75 m) war es grenzwertig. Im Hotel werden Patienten einer Schönheitsklinik untergebracht-> man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie im Krankenhaus. Neben dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle, vor dem Hotel ist eine Hauptstraße-> die Umgebung ist recht laut. Blumentöpfe ohne Bepflanzung wirken lieblos.

Friendly, polite and serviceminded staff. Good breakfast. Good location in Tirana city. 24h reception and check in is possible anytime. Near the buss terminal and easy access to airport. Comfortable beds.

I cant really complain, it is as described and according to Albaninen standards what to expect from a four star hotel.

poor location. soleless hotel. very limited breakfast. TV never worked in one room for our 3 night stay. made reception aware but nothing was done. when mentioned this was told another receptionist not aware! just not interested really. looks really good from photos but only OK. our room needed a paint and touch up. air con terrible as if heating was on. turned off last night and opened window. shame it looked out on a building site. traffic noisey with window open. limited food. depressed atmosphere soleless! we went on a city break. I didn't realise it was a surgery clinic hotel so we sat with people who had nose jobs and dry blood showing! not what you want to see at breakfast time. rooms basic but OK. needs a refresh on paint and carpet on landing area as bleach stains! dirty near reception to breakfast room.. not a great location even taxi drivers couldn't find it. was a good walk to anywhere. no kettle in rooms! never had this before in a hotel. OK and basic.

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner et le confort de la chambre. À 20 mètres, il y a aussi un bus qui vous conduit tout de suite à Sheshi Skanderberg (40 lek)

Ça ne se voit pas sur les photos mais à 15 mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel se trouve un grand boulevard de 2 fois 3 voies et c'est très bruyant. Aussi, difficile de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pendant la nuit.

The room was a good-size, comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of variety and the best croissants we had in Albania. Bus stop to town nearby.

The international bus station used to be nearby, but between the time we booked, 1 week, and when we stayed, it had been relocated several kilometres away. Our reason for staying at this hotel had gone! But in saying that, it is only a 10 minute bus ride away.

Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La camera era comoda e spaziosa e il bagno aveva un grande doccia. L’hotel è a due passi dall’Università cattolica del Buon Consiglio. Non male, ci tornerei.

La stanza non era ben insonorizzata e riuscivo a sentire tutto quello che succedeva nella stanza accanto. Ogni tanto la rete Wi-Fi faceva i capricci. Per il centro bisogna prendere i mezzi o fare una bella camminata.

Location was useful for us, next to bus station. The staff worried a lot about our comfort.l, specially Eni. Air conditioning wasn't working properly because of extreme high temperatures in the city. So first he gave us another room and then an apartment much better than the room we paid for. We used airport transfer and it was very punctual, clean and professional. Very recommendable. Thanks Eni!

Seems that the extreme heat made things hard for air conditioners in the whole city. Too much energy consumption. Those things happens, but the hotel staff found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations.
