Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Zimmer.

Um den Gym hat sich niemand gekümmert. Kein Wasser, keine Handtücher und keine Desinfektionsmittel.

Grosszügiges und mehrheitlich sauberes Zimmer, auch das Bad ist schön geräumig. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und grundsätzlich lecker. Parking direkt unter dem Hotel ist im verkehrsgeplagten Tirana super praktisch.

Der Preis ist hoch angesetzt, dafür und für angebliche 5⭐️ würde ich bspw. beim Frühstück frische Eiergerichte oder Brot erwarten (oder lokaler frischer Käse statt immer dasselbe?). Was mich mehr gestört hat, war das Personal. Bei der Reception waren sie nicht gut gelaunt und ignorant (war 45min vor off. Check-in-Zeit dort -> nur das Abklären, ob das Zimmer schon frei sei, dauerte 35 Minuten - ohne weitere Kontaktaufnahme und erst auf meine Nachfrage konnte ich dann einchecken). Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal grantig und genervt. Das Hotel verfügt zudem über viele Ein- resp. Ausgänge, welche konsequent - mit Ausnahme des Haupteingangs - verschlossen waren. Im Zimmer war alles hochmodern; bis man das Licht ausschalten kann, drückt man aber ca. 10x. Der Boden war tlw. staubig und hatte noch Haare. Je nach Stockwerk hätte man sicher eine grandiose Aussicht - die Fenster waren aber leider sehr dreckig, weshalb man je nach Licht kaum raussehen konnte.

The location is excellent, just off the main square. The staff were brilliant. Check-in / out was very efficient. On my arrival they realised I had mistakenly booked for 2 people which meant I was paying more than necessary. They then altered the booking to get me the correct rate. They arranged a breakfast bag for the day I was leaving because I had an early start.

The price did seem a bit high, but I don't know how it compares. However the service was excellent so justified the price.

The stay was very nice. Staff and people really friendly. perfect spot to explore TIRANA. And all was clean and well maintained. One big SHOUT OUT for the restaurant CONVIVIUM. We have had the best sushi.
