From the minute I got to the door everyone was very eager to help. I was given ideas and directions before I even got my room. The breakfast was very well presented but the feel of the hotel was luxury. The terrace on the roof will help you find your feet quite quickly as it is easy to see where everything is. The access to the pool there is limited but that is fine. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable.

The service on the terrace can be a lot slower than the bar in the lobby. The walk to the square is a little uneven if you are unsteady on your feet but i think that is because of renovation.

The parking was full, so we drove around a number of times and then the two receptionists were so helpful and even upgraded our room for the trouble. The room was excellent. Location was good for walking the tourist ‘attractions’.

The pool was pretty small and already full when we arrived.

Rooms were nicely decorated and had HUGE comfortable beds. Good location and nice to have bar and pool on rooftop.

The breakfast left a little to be desired but it was passable. Not enough sunbeds around the small pool, also staff at pool bar a little rude.

Service, Andi was great! Everyone was really helpful. Parking was very helpful as well

The Hotel was new and good the bad was large and Breakfast was good

They changed me 30€ more than the price which I got from Booking.com The price I got from booking.com was 3916 Sek Swedish kronor and the hotel confirmed me os 346 € but they changed me 4247 SEK OR 41520 ALL Albanian Lek And over this amount taken my bank 2% commission 331 SEK more also 30€ And my question it’s why?

The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was complete and really good. The staff was really nice especially Andi!! and the hotel was well-decorated for Christmas!!

wifi is weak

Clean modern efficient hotel with nice rooftop terrace lounge area.

Hotel is over 1 km from main attractions. We enjoyed the walk but not as easy in rainy weather.

for us it was no problem, we like to walk, but Some people don’t and need to know That the walk to the centre is about 10-15minutes.
