Plastic glasses & plates at all times apart from once we were given a glass in the A-La-Carte. This is an adults only hotel so why plastic? I understand around the pool but not the main bar? Who wants to drink wine/beer from a plastic and in most cases disposable cup?
Only one main bar at night - not big enough for all guests. Loud in bar as open hatch to 'party room' couldn't have a conversation with the group.
Quite tired/shabby - pool filthy.
Room wasn't cleaned until around 5pm each day so we were left waiting when we wanted to be getting ready for dinner etc.
'Island view' was just a view of a roof and of trees.
Very slow service.

The food was excellent and available throughout the day. Breakfast buffet in the morning, lunch or grilled food in the afternoon and luxury dining at night. For a late night snack there’s a grill with quick food
I really loved the pig excursion. Easy to book at in the hotel. You can make restaurant reservations and book adventures in the same place! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Most personell were great, a few were awful. Nice enough grounds, rooms and food. Gay friendly.
Constant and very loud music and activities everywhere you went made the stay less pleasant, as it was hard to hold a conversation anywhere. Could have marked food with allergens. Gym was ill equipped and yoga class was only aimed at obese people.

very clean, staff was friendly, I love that food and drinks were offered up to 1am. I love the various activities they offered like shuttle to Cabbage beach, the Casino at the Atlantis, bike tour.
I would like to have seen more activities for solo travelers.
it would have been nice to offer a shuttle to the Straw market or downtown.

EVERY STAFF working there were helpful, and joyful
the ONLY thing I didn’t like was the shower, the water was not hot enough.

The facility was good for the outdoor madeup for the indoor. The price point was inexpensive. Food was average beside Jarvis at the steakhouse was amazing service, and Jamal was the best bartender made the best drinks. The maid cleaned everyday, but did have an issue with the hot water one night. The employee's made the stay great and they always had fun activities by the pool. This is a fun resorts.

The property was definitely well kept! it was a descent size, I just wasn’t a fan of the bees!
the bees. the room was pretty basic, but all in all great staff and a lovely birthday trip.

The food was good, and it was a quick walk to Atlantis.
The facility needs to be upgraded. No stocked mini fridge in my room and was told they only stock certain rooms. A lot of really drunk people… was definitely a party place.

very good buffet, and the seafood grill was also very good. I loved that there was a place to get snacks all day and night. There was always available chairs for sunbathing. Bar was good - didn’t have to wait long to get a drink.

- not hospitable staff, felt very unwelcome, unfriendly, rolling eyes when taking drink/food orders (receptionists were great and a waiter on Thursday at the Italian restaurant)
- food was average, not plenty of choice
- bathtub was rusty and it did not seem clean
- no shampoo and liquid soap (staff informed us they ran out of it in the whole hotel)
- very cold in the lobby/hallways (cooling excessively)
- private beach needs to be cleaned (remove algae)

rooms were not what expected for the price we paid. had to call every day about something with housekeeping and our shower was broke. no hot water last day of stay.

The property is easy to get to and although looking over a some of the port area, does have some nice views over Nassau and the waters.
The food is great and the waiting and bar staff are very friendly and attentive.
The checkin desk is quite slow. I also thought for an all inclusive stay, they might stock the mini bar. Even after asking this never happened.

The general feeling was calm and quiet. Room was clean and beds comfortable. It was nice that food service started early and was continuous to accommodate different schedules.
It seemed impossible to find coffee before 6:30 which is a problem for people coming from other time zones (was refused a special request to staff).
We paid extra for a water view but still we’re given a room overlooking an adjacent roof full of air conditioning units.
