La proximité avec l’aéroport

Jusqu’au dernier moment, l’hotel s’était engagé à nous envoyer sa navette pour nous récupérer à l’aéroport mais en arrivant, ils nous disent qu’il n’y a plus personne pour venir avec la navette. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à payer un taxi, plus cher et ils ne voulaient rien entendre pour nous faciliter la situation. Une fois arrivés, nous découvrons que les draps sont remplis de cheveux et poils. Je me suis retrouvée à devoir les changer avec la femme de chambre. Nous étions assoiffés et avons demander une bouteille d’eau, ils ont voulu nous la facturer. Aucun geste commercial au vu des divers désagréments.

Really dirty. We arrived and the room was really dirty, especially the bathroom. Below the bed and inside the drawers there was the trash of the previous guests and the shower was terrible, full of hairs on the wall. The towels were dirty, with hairs… One window was broken, once entered in the room, it was falling apart and it was impossible to open it. It was a bad experience for what we paid.

Everything was great. Overall it was really good and I had a great time. The staff was excellent and friendly. It was a warm environment. I liked the location very much.

My room was a little small and the bed was located so that there was very little room to walk around or sit. I would have appreciated a little fridge and a small desk to work on. Sometimes the lobby was noisy.

Hotel staff were friendly and so helpful. Felt like home. Breakfast was outstanding - hot pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend this family owned property.

Everything was wonderful.

Beautiful grounds with pool, whirlpool and beach right across the street. Great convenient shuttle for just $20 to the airport and nice included breakfast.

It didn’t matter to me but there’s no elevator to second floor though they carried my bag up for me.

The breakfast was free.

Unfortunately the fruit provided tasted as though it was left out of the fridge, I asked for bacon and received sausage with no explanation and the food was served lukewarm.
