Dinner at Anthony's on the side was very good. Went there several times, customer service, hospitality very nice. Coffee at Starbucks was good, just disappointed they don't take the app. Exploring the island!

Didn't like that the rooms didn't have microwave. If you wanted to heat your food, had to pay $17 and wait over an hour to get it back. Didn't like how early they closed the pool bar and pool. Otherwise nice.

There were many pools and beach areas.

Would have liked a buffet as a breakfast option. The property is so big and took at least 15 to walk anywhere even to beach. It was really crowded and compared to Bahamar (which we now prefer) it was way too big and even getting food was difficult. The rooms were dated and could use an update.

The water park and beach

Rude manager. Nothing really works properly at this hotel and the food was just ok. They gave me a room with a broken lock and didn’t want to relocate me to a different room. Had to spend a night in a room I payed for with a broken lock. Was up all night sitting on a chair by the door because I was worried for my child.Toilet keep overflowing and no one comes to fix it until hours later then tell me something is wrong with there sewer.balcony door wouldn’t lock and was told all staff is busy and they will get to it when they can. As you can see in my pictures I had to put a sheet to hold the balcony door my first night there. Second day there maintenance finally came to fix door in those pic and the toilet overflowed

It looked cleaned but other than that i can disclose anything else

The staff were rude and didn’t wanna help our situation. We arrived there and explained how our luggages were lost and that we only made our reservation online and I have all the necessary information asked but they staff ( manager) didn’t wanna accommodate us , even though we were coming from far . Long story short .. we had a bad experience and that’s why we decided to book with another ressort .

Coral is a nice alternative to some of the more expensive hotels at Atlantis. The rooms are a litte dated but we had a great view. We were also super close to the coral side pool. Everything is walking distance but it can take up to 30mins to walk to the other side of the property. To get to the royal tower took us probably about 10ish minutes.

The staff is awful here. Very rude. No one smiles. People don’t even say hi to you when you pass them. The bus driver even yelled at me for getting on the wrong bus he said “can’t you read”. This was the on premise shuttle bus. So much different than other Caribbean places I’ve been.
