Very clean apartment with comfy beds and all the things we needed for our stay in Florence. Great location, with easy walking distance to all of the tourist spots.

Right in the centre of town, so happy that it had to bathroom's and a washing machine (life saving for a group of 6!). Awesome location steps away from ATMs, restaurants and historical sites.

This has a great location. We walked everywhere—even to and from the train station with our rolling luggage. It is close to everything you need. We cooked almost every meal and found the kitchen well equipped and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were large and luxurious. It felt like a 5 star hotel.
This was great. I loved it all. No complaints.

It was spacious, new and had lots of storage. A/C worked brilliantly, honestly the pictures don’t do this place just, it is the perfect place to stay!

I loved our stay in this beautiful, comfortable and nicely renovated appartment. It was very well equipped with everything a family needs. All the appliances were new and worked well, including the three air-conditions of the appartment! The pillows and mattresses of the two beds were very comfortable as well. It was quiet although it is in the centre of city. I highly recommend it.

The property is located nearby the main tourist attractions, so it was easy to plan our daily trips. The apartment has a convenient layout and has plenty of storage space. The property owners gave clear instructions regarding the check-in process in advance, and they were in-touch with us throughout our stay to respond to our questions or provide help!

Very clean, very comfortable beds, all needed appliances were there. The location is absolutely perfect. One can reach everything on foot. Very helpful owner! All questions were answered directly.
It was a bit noisy on a Friday night, because of the many young people staying up late on the streets nearby.

this was a beautiful apartment with beautiful views spacious clean wood floors comfortable beds, in a great location.
The Dishwasher door was incredibly heavy and I was slightly injured. I informed the owner and they said they would take care of it for the future. this is the reason they did not get a nine.

It is in a great posiion, very near to Santa Croce with plenty of good restaurants close by. Quiet apartment with very good facilities, including washer-dryer machine. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and good amenities. We would recommend this place highly.
We were met on arrival by 2 ladies who showed us all the facilities. We had trouble getting on to the wifi and they quickly sent a young man who got it working for us.

Modern , clean and comfortable beds.
One shower did not work and the dishwasher door was broken but nothing that caused inconvenience.

Fantastic location and very comfortable beds, overall very clean too. Our hosts were very helpful and tried to help when we had queries. If the problems with electricity and wifi could be solved, it would have been perfect!
We had some electric power issues, we couldn't get into the wifi and the electric issues meant the kettle couldn't be used and we also had problems with the hob.
